Product Usage Instructions

Installation Instructions

You may use the 3M tape bracket for installation. Peel off the
protective backing sheet of the 3M tape and adhere the bracket onto
the helmet. Press for 15 seconds and let the glue dry for 24 hours.
Press the small spring and remove the host.

First, fix the screws on the base, insert the installed base
into the left side of the helmet, use the socket head cap screws to
tighten the screws with the knife, and install the main unit on the
base.

Speaker and Microphone Installation

Tear off the rough surface of the left and right speaker Velcro
on the headset, and paste them on the left and right ears of the
helmet. Attach the speaker with a short headphone cable in the left
ear and the long horn in the right ear. Paste the microphone Velcro
on the rough surface of the helmet and then attach the
microphone.

Basic Operations

  • Power On: Long press the Power Button for
    about 2 seconds.

  • Power Off: Long press the Power Button for
    about 2 seconds.

  • Volume Up: Short press once.

  • Volume Down: Short press once.

  • Check Battery: Quick press twice.

Battery Charging

Plug the type-C cable into the type-C port of the main unit and
connect it to a DC 5V power supply to charge. The LED will turn red
while charging and then blue when fully charged. Charging takes
approximately 3 hours.

FAQ

Q: How do I know when the battery is low?

A: The device will notify you with a voice alert every 5 minutes
until it powers off when the battery life is low.

Q: How do I check the current battery life?

A: Every time you turn on the unit, it will automatically report
the current battery life. In standby mode, quick press twice on the
Power Button to prompt the current battery life (100%, 80%, 50%,
LOW).

Function operation
Powering On/Off Power On: Long press the Power Button for about 2 second to power on.The LED will blink blue only. The speaker will report “power on”and the current battery level. Power Off: Long press the Power Button for about 2 second to power off. The LED will blink red only. The speaker will report “power off”.
Battery Charging:Plug the type-C cable into the type-C port of the main unit and plug USB into the USB port on any DC 5V power supply to charge, such as mobile phone charger, computer, laptop or power bank, Etc. The LED turns red while charging and then turns blue when the main unit is fully charged. It takes about 3 hours to be completely charged.
Low Battery Alert: The device will notify you when the battery life drops low . It will remind you every 5 minutes with a voice alert until the device powers off.
Battery Life Prompt: Every time you turn on the unit, it will automatically report the current battery life.While in standby mode, the Power Button for quick press twice, the device will prompt the current battery life. Note: It will report one of five levels: 100%,80%, 50%,LOW.
Pairing V10S with Bluetooth Devices Restore Note: In the group intercom mode, one V10S device can connect up to two V10S devices and one mobile phone at the same time. It can automatically connect to your last paired device as long as Bluetooth is enabled or when the device is not connected and is in standby mode, click the Power Button to connect to the Bluetooth device.actory setting

Function operation
Pairing Phone Step 1: While Powered off, long press the Power Button for about 6 seconds until the LED light flash blue and red alternately to enter pairing mode; Note: Please do not use the Intercom Button instead of Power Button pairing your phone and GPS devices. Step 2: Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone. Select “V10S”; Step 3: Please confirm your phone if the pairing is completed; Note: The LED will blink blue on V10S device which indicates the connection is completed.
Pairing Bluetooth GPS Navigation Step 1: While powered off, long press the Power Button for about 6 seconds until the LED light flash blue and red alternately to enter pairing mode; Step 2: Follow pairing instructions for your specific GPS Navigation to connect to V10S; Note: You will be able to listen to Bluetooth voice instructions from Bluetooth GPS navigation once paired.
Phone Calls
Answer Call: Click the Power Button to answer when phone call is coming Auto Answer: Incoming calls will automatically be answered after 8s End Call: Click the Power Button to end the call. Decline Call: Double click the Power Button to reject the call. Redial: When in standby mode, double click the Up Button, the last phone call will redial. Voice Dial: While the device was paired with your phone, double click the Down Button to activate Siri or S-Voice. Simply speak the name from your phone list to dial.

Function operation
Preset On/Off Automatic Answering: With power on state, long press the down Button for about 10 seconds, the red and blue light quick flashes ,ndicating that automatic answering is on, or long press the down Button for about 10 seconds the red and blue light quick flashes , indicating that automatic answering is off.
Volume and Music Controls
Volume Up/Down: Long Press the Volume Up or Down Button, and it will prompt both when volume is maximum and minimum. Note: 1. Only when in the music playing mode/FM Radio Mode/Intercom Mode/Phone Call status that you can adjust the volume. 2. When listen to the audio sources from your phone, you have to adjust the volume on your phone to get louder volumes. 3. Please single click the volume button to adjust the volume gradually. Pause/ Play:Click the Power Button to pause a song, click the Power Button again to resume playing. Change Song: Double click the Up Button for next song, double click the Volume Down Button for the previous song. Music Sharing: A V10S device (A) that is playing music can share music to another V10S device (B). When device A is playing music, press for 2 second Down Button on device A to enter music sharing mode. Then make sure device B is in standby state, press for 2 second Down Button on device B to search and connect device A, it will play the same music automatical-ly once connected. Stop Music Sharing: To quit music sharing mode, press for 1 second Down Button on either V10S device.

Bluetooth Intercom Talk
FM Radio
On/Off: Turn On FM Radio: Long press the Volume Up Button for about 1 second to enter radio function. Turn Off FM Radio: When the radio is on, Long press the Volume Up Button for about 1 second to end radio function. FM Radio Station Search: Turn up: Double click the Up Button, the voice will prompt to adjust the radio station upwards. Turn down: Double click the Down Button, and the voice will prompt to adjust the radio station downward.
Intercom Connection
The V10S Bluetooth headsets use full-duplex Bluetooth intercom talk, pairing group internal intercom, divided into 4-way intercom mode and multi-way intercom mode,multi-way intercom mode can achieve up to 10 riders to be connected. Note: Prior to pairing V10S units for communications and riding, we strongly suggest that existing connections be cleared from unit. To clearexisting connections, long press the Up and Down Button together for about 2 second until the red LED flashes quickly, all previous connections will be cleared from the unit.
Every time you turn on the V10S device, the default is 4-way intercom mode, to switch into the multi-way intercom mode which is for more than 5 riders(including 5 riders), in the standby state, you need to long-press Intercom Button for about 8 seconds on all units, there will be a beep sound and the indicator light quick flashes red at the same time. There is no memory function for this operation, so you have to switch it every time when connects over 5 units.

When in intercom mode, the LED light will blink blue and red simultaneously. Multi-way group intercom
Every time you turn on the V10S device, the default is 4-way intercom mode, and to switch into the multi-way intercom mode which is for more than five riders (including five riders), in the standby state, you need to long press intercom Button for about 8 seconds on all units, there will be a beep and the indicator light flashes red quickly at the same time. There is no memory function for this operation, the default 4-way intercom mode is used every time you turn on the device, so you need to long press intercom Button for about 8 seconds on all units to switch it into mutil-way intercom mode every time when you need it.

Long press the intercom button about 8 seconds on each unit till the red light flash quickly then it will switch to multi-way group intercom mode.
Group Pairing: Please refer to the image below and repeat the steps below to pair more than five V10S devices.
Step 1: When V10S is powered on. All V10S units long press the intercom button and volume- button The unit is approximately 2 seconds. All V10S unit LEDs will alternately flash red and blue This indicates that they are entering pairing mode.

Bluetooth Intercom Talk
Note: Each V10S device can only be paired with two other V10S devices at the same time, that means, we pair the unit one after another in series to realize multiple group connections. For example, if unit three is paired with unit two and unit four, and it will not be able to pair with other devices. Start the intercom talk: Once the pairing is successful, click the intercom button on any one of these units to start an intercom talk. When in intercom mode, the LED light will blink blue and red simultaneously. Click the Power Button on any one of these units to make the device temporarily disconnect the current intercom; Click the Intercom Button on any one of these units again to resume the intercom talk. Note: The intercom talk in the group will be divided into 2 separate intercom groups from the disconnected unit. Click the intercom button again to re-establish the intercom, the two independent intercom groups will be reconnected. Clear The Pairing: Long press the Up and Down Button at the same time for about 2 second to clear the pairing, the red light will flash quickly.
Universal Pairing
To enter pairing mode Step1: With power on state, long press the Intercom Button for about 2 second until the LED begins flashing blue and red alternately; Step 2: Follow your other Bluetooth device pairing instructions to enter pairing mode; Step 3: Click the Intercom Button on V10S to search the other device and the LED light will flash blue and red quickly. After the pairing is completed, the LED lightreturns to the blue light flashing slowly. initiate universal intercomclick the Up Button and Down Button together to initiate intercom talk. end the intercom talkclick the Up Button and Down Button together to end the intercom talk.

Note:1. Adjust the speaker position in the helmet to face the ear. The closer to the ear, the better the effect of the speaker. If the groove reserved in the helmet is deep and too far from the ear, use additional gaskets to raise the speaker. 2. The volume of Apple mobile phones is low. Set it in the phone: reduce the high volume-adjust to 100 decibels. The volume of Android phones is low. Set it in the phone: turn on absolute volume or volume synchronization. Note:Prior to pairing units for communications before riding. We strongly suggest(to clear the previous connection from the intercom units) that existing connections be cleared from unit. To clear existing connections, existing connecpress and hold the “volume + “and “volume -“2s together until the red light flash.

Maintenance and Care The V10S should be treated with care and the following suggestions will help maintain your Warranty. 1. Do not use or store the device in dusty or dirty environments. Moving parts and electronic components can be damaged. 2. Do not store the device in high heat areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices,damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics, 3. Do not store the device in cold temperature areas. When the device returns to its normal temperaturemoisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards. 4. Do not attempt to open the V10S case. 5. Do not drop or knock the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics. 6. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
