Activating YouTube TV:
- Login to Google: Enter your Google Account email and password.
- Confirm your plan: Select your YouTube TV plan and verify device compatibility.
- Select a payment method: Input your credit card information for billing.
- Complete activation: Submit payment to activate your YouTube TV subscription.
Connecting WOW! TV Pro:
- Connect to TV: Use an HDMI cable to connect WOW! TV Pro box to your TV.

Activate YouTube TV
- Start your activation (if your YouTube TV subscription is already active, go to step 2):
- Click on the link in the YouTube TV activation email from WOW!. or
- Select the activation prompt on the home page of WOW!’s online account manager (login at login.wowway.com).
- Login to Google: Enter your Google Account email and password and allow WOW! to access your Google account (or create one if you don’t already have a Google Account).
- Confirm your plan: Confirm your YouTube TV plan selection and verify you have a device for watching YouTube TV.
- Select a payment method: Your YouTube TV charges will be billed on this credit card. YouTube TV charges and payments will appear on your WOW! statement.
- Complete your activation: Confirm that you’d like to activate your YouTube TV subscription by submitting your payment.
Connect your WOW! TV Pro
- Connect the WOW! TV Pro box to your TV: Plug one end of an HDMI cable into the WOW! TV Pro HDMI port and the other end into the TV’s HDMI port.
- Power on the WOW! TV Pro: Connect the power cord to the WOW! TV Pro and a power outlet. Turn on your TV and wait for the WOW! screen to appear.
- Pair your Pro remote with the WOW! TV Pro box: Follow the onscreen pairing instructions by pressing the back and home buttons simultaneously until the remote’s LED light blinks once. Wait for the screen to indicate pairing is complete.
- Confirm your language and region: Select each using the up/down arrows on your remote, then press OK to continue.
Connect WiFi & Google Preferences

Choose your setup method: Use the Google Home app to setup or select Set up on TV instead.
Using TV Setup: -
Connect to the Internet: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.

Sign in to Google: Enter the Google Account email and password associated with your YouTube TV account and accept the Terms of Services.

Set Google Search & Voice Match preferences: Using the arrow keys on your remote, select Allow or No Thanks to indicate whether you’d like Google to run your search across all your TV apps and/or to make personalized search recommendations using your voice. Selecting No Thanks won’t impact your ability to watch YouTube TV. Press OK on your remote to continue.

Add the location of your WOW! TV Pro: Using the arrow keys on your remote, select the room where your WOW! TV Pro is located. Press OK on your remote to continue.
Using Google Home App Setup: -
Add WOW! TV Pro as a Google Home device: After the Google Home App finds your WOW! TV Pro, select the room where it’s located. If you don’t have a Google Home account, you can download the app and set one up.

Connect to the Internet: Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password.

Sign in to Google: Enter the Google Account email associated with your YouTube TV account and accept the Terms of Services.

Set Google Search & Voice Match preferences: Indicate whether you’d like Google to run your search across all of your TV apps and/or to make personalized search recommendations using your voice.
Select Video Apps & Sync Remote
- Choose your video services: Put a check by the TV and streaming services you’d like the WOW! TV Pro to install. Be sure to select YouTube TV. Press OK on your remote to continue.
- Sync the Pro remote with your TV: Select Next to allow the Pro remote to control your TV volume and input options.
- Complete the setup: Wait for Google TV to complete its setup based on your preferences. Once it’s done you can start watching TV! Press OK on your remote to continue.

- Once you’re on the TV Pro Home screen, you can either:
- a. Press one of the YouTube TV buttons on your remote:
- YouTube TV Home
- YouTube TV Live
- YouTube TV Library
- b. View all of your content within the Google TV screens (Live, Library)

Need a Google Account?
If you don’t already have a Google Account, you’ll be able to create one at
the start of the activation process by following these steps:
- Select Create account on the Google login screen.
- Enter your name, birth date, and gender.
- Choose from the following to select an email address to tie to your Google Account.
- One of the suggested Gmail email addresses.
- A new Gmail email address you create.
- An existing email address you already have (this can be a non-Gmail email address).
- Create a password for your Google Account.
- Optional: Add a recovery email as a way for Google to communicate with you in case you get locked out.
- Agree to Google’s terms and conditions.
Additional Tips
- You may be asked to sign into your YouTubeTV account the first time. Follow the instructions on screen, using the Google Account associated with your YouTubeTV service through WOW!.
- Ensure your power outlet isn’t controlled by an on/off switch.
- You can connect your TV to the Internet using an ethernet cable if you prefer.

If you have agreed to self-install equipment to be used in connection with WOW! services, you further agree that: (A) you will adhere to the self-installation requirements specified by WOW!, which will be provided to you, at WOW!’s discretion:
(i) as written instructions included as part of the self-installation kit provided to Customer; and/or (ii) within an online, an email or other communication by WOW! to you. In this connection, you agree that WOW! may require that you provide to WOW! a valid email address (to receive communications from WOW!, including the self-installation instructions) and/or provide a telephone number so that a WOW! technician may assist in the installation process; and/or (iii) on WOW!’s website; and (B) WOW! has no responsibility for the condition, operation, functioning, compatibility, repair, maintenance or any other aspect of the equipment provided by you or others.
