Overview

The HP 240 G10 Notebook PC comes with various features including internal dual digital microphone, webcam with camera shutter and LED indicator, Clickpad, HDMI port, USB Type-A ports for high-speed data transfer, power button, power connector, and a fingerprint reader on select models.

Power On/Off

To power on the notebook PC, press the power button located on the right side of the device. To power off, click on the Start menu and select the power options to shut down the device safely.

Using Webcam

To use the webcam for video calls or capturing images, open a supported application (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and grant permission to access the camera. Adjust camera settings as needed.

Connecting Peripherals

To connect external devices such as USB drives or external monitors, use the available USB Type-A ports or HDMI port. Ensure that the devices are compatible with the notebook PC.

Fingerprint Reader

If your model includes a fingerprint reader, you can set it upin the system settings for secure login and authentication purposes.
