Product Usage Instructions

Pairing

1. Tap and hold the button for 2 seconds to power on, and the product will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Bring the product near your iPhone, then open the Find My app.
3. Add Item:
   • For initial pairing: Tap Items > Add Item > Other Supported Item, then tap Connect and name the product.

Unpairing

1. Bring the product near your iPhone, then open the Find My app.
2. Tap Items tab, then select SmartTag.
3. Tap Remove Item > Remove at the bottom of the screen to successfully unpair it.

Resetting the Product

In the power-on state, quickly tap the button 5 times until you hear 3 consecutive beeps, then continue to tap and hold the button for 6 seconds until you hear 2 beeps.

Charging

Tip : You can check the remaining battery level of the product in the Find My app.

• How do I reset the product?

Pairing

1. Tap and hold the button for 2 seconds to power on, and the product will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. Bring the product near your iPhone, then open the “Find My” app.
3. Add Item: For initial pairing: Tap “Items” > “Add Item” > “Other Supported Item”, then tap “Connect” and name the product

If already paired before: Tap “Items” > “+” button > “Add Other Item”, and the system will display the pairing information of the product. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish setting up the item.

Notes

• This product is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 14.5/iPadOS 14.5 or later, as well as macOS 12.5 or later, this manual uses iPhone as an example.
• Please make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone before use.
• Please complete the connection within 5 minutes after the product is turned on. Otherwise, the product will automatically turn off. If it turns off, tap and hold the button for 2 seconds to restart.

Unpairing

1. Bring the product near your iPhone, then open the “Find My” app.
2. Tap “Items” tab, then select “SmartTag”.
3. Tap “Remove Item” > “Remove” at the bottom of the screen to successfully unpair it.

Notes

• When unpairing, please make sure that the product is properly connected to the iPhone and is placed near the iPhone.
• After successfully unpairing, if the product cannot connect to another iPhone, please try resetting the product: In the power-on state, quickly tap the button 5 times until you hear 3 consecutive beeps, then continue to tap and hold the button for 6 seconds until you hear 2 beeps

Charging

Tip: You can check the remaining battery level of the product in the “Find My” app.

Sound

WARNING

1. This product has a built-in polymer lithium-ion battery. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or throw it into the fire.
2. Discontinue use immediately if the battery is severely swollen.
3. Do not use it in a high-temperature environment.
4. Do not use the battery if it is immersed in water.
5. The battery is hazardous. Please keep the product out of the reach of children.
6. If the battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. If you think battery might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
7. Dispose of or recycle dead battery properly according to local laws and regulations.
8. This product contains small parts, please do not use it as a toy for children to prevent swallowing.
9. Retain the original product literature for future reference.
10. Please use a power supply that meets the requirements of the corresponding safety standards and has a rated output of 5V 1A for charging, otherwise it may cause fire or damage to the product.

Find Smart Finder When It’s Nearby

1. Open Find My app and select the “ltems” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap on your Smart Finder from the list.
3. Tap “Play Sound” to make your Smart Finder beep.
4. Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the beeps once you find.

Find Smart Finder ‘s Location

1. Open Find My app and select the “ltems” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap on your Smart Finder from the list.
3. Your Smart Finder’s location will appear on the Map with a timestamp of when the item was located.
4. To navigate to the Smart Finder’s location, tap ” Directions” to open Apple Maps.

Enabling “Notify When Left Behind”

1. Open Find My app and select the “ltems” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap on your Smart Finder from the list.
3. Under “Notifications” enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle.
4. You will receive a notification when you leave your Smart Finder behind and it’s no longer in range of your device.

Enabling “Notify When Found”

1. Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Found” toggle.
2. When your Smart Finder is seen by another Find My network device, you will receive a notification of its location.

Note :”Notify When Found” can only be activated when your Smart Finder is out of range.

Enabling “Lost Mode”

1. Open Find My app and select the “ltems” tab or open the Find ltems app on your Apple Watch.
2. Tap on your Smart Finder from the list.
3. Under “Lost Mode” tap “Enable ”
4. A screen detailing Lost Mode will pop up, tap “Continue
5. Enter your phone number or email address and tap “Next”
6. You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item.
7. Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode

Note : When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” is automatically enabled.
Note : When” Lost Mode” is enabled, your Smart Finder is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.

Remove The Smart Finder From Find My App

1. Open Find My app and select the “ltems” tab.
2. Tap on your Smart Finder from the list.
3. Please ensure “Lost Mode” is disabled.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Remove ltem”
5. A summary will open, tap “Remove” to confirm.

Remove The Smart Finder From Find My App

1. After successfully removing the Smart Finder from Find My app，can be paired with the new Apple ID;
2. If you still can’t connect, please short press 5 times within 5 seconds to hear three consecutive beeps, then long press 6 seconds within 10 seconds to hear two didi beeps, then the product is finished resetting，Pair it with your new Apple ID.

Unwanted Tracking

If any Find My network accessory separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you’ll be notified in one of two ways:

1. If you have an iPhone, iPad, Find My will send a notification to your Apple device.This feature is available on iOS or iPadOS 1 4.5 or macOS12.5 later.
2. If you don’t have an iOS device or a smartphone, a Find My network accessory that isn’t with its owner for a period of time will emit a sound when it’s moved. These features were created specifically to discourage people from trying to track you without your knowledge

• Avoid moisture, Do not use aerosol, solvent or abrasive agents to clean the product.
• Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental swallowing.
• The product has built-in battery, please stop use when it is swollen.
• Do not expose the product to excessive temperature.
• Stop using when the product is submerged.
