Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  • Coordinate installation with architect and contractor to avoid protrusion from opposite wall, pipes vent, conduits, electrical wiring, etc. in the wall. Follow all applicable local building codes.
  • If installing where the unit projects above the top of wainscot, provide aluminum channel or other filler to prevent a gap from the finished wall and flange of the unit. For block walls, use metal expansion shields (not included).
  • Use suitable wall anchors (not included) for installation. If necessary, shim at anchor points to prevent distortion of the unit.

Rough-in Opening Dimensions
Ensure the rough-in opening dimensions are as follows:

  • Top of Rough Wall Opening: 48 inches (1219 mm)
  • Bottom of Rough Wall Opening: 12 inches (305 mm)
