Product Usage Instructions

1. Important Warning

2. Product Components

The product components include a Boost button (B button) for
power enhancement during pedal-assist riding.

The technical parameters cover various aspects such as vehicle

4. Product Installation

4.1 Install The Handlebar

Follow the instructions provided to correctly install the
handlebar using a 4mm hexagon wrench.

4.2 Install The Front Wheel

Properly install the front wheel by following the steps outlined
in the manual and using a 15mm wrench to secure it.

4.3 Install The Front Mudguard

Securely attach the front mudguard using the lifting lug and
aligning the mudguard support with the front fork mudguard take-up
hole.

4.4 Install The Front Basket

Install the front basket by following the provided instructions
and using a 4mm hexagon wrench for the bolts.

4.5 Install The Front Light

Install the front light according to the drawing and secure the
headlight line as shown in the figure.

4.6 Install The Pedals

Prepare the left and right pedals and install them correctly on
each side of the chainring as per the manual.

FAQ

Q: How long does the power enhancement effect of the Boost

button last?

A: The power enhancement effect of a single operation lasts up
to 60 seconds. If you need to increase power after 60 seconds,
release the B button and press it again.

Q: When can I use the Boost button?

A: Use the Boost button while riding with pedal assist to
increase power, ensuring to comply with local traffic regulations
for safety.

All of these will use much electric energy, and thenreduce the endurance mileage. lf you want the best endurance mileage, please do something as follows : 1) Please use assist mode; 2) On the premise of safety, don’t brake frequently or use zero starting. 3) Don’t overload; 4) Before riding, please check the pressure of the tire and supply enough pressure. Our Ebike should avoid prolonged exposure to the sun or rain, avoid storage in places with high temperature or corrosive gas, so as to avoid electroplating parts and paint surface by chemical
corrosion and electrical parts damage, resulting in operational failure and accidents. Your current insurance business may not cover the situation you may encounter when riding an electric bike, please contact your insurance company or insurance broker forrelevant consultation. Boost button (B button) Boost button (B button) operation instructions: Press the B button while you riding with pedal assist to increase power. c1Remove the handlebars to remove the packing material and place the center at the riser clamlet.

4.1 Install The Handlebar

c2Install 4mm hexagon wrench clockwise. Do not tighten the 4 bolts in FIG. A. Adjust the handle to the proper Angle in Fig. B, and then tighten the 4 bolts with proper force.

4.2 Install The Front Wheel c1Remove the front wheel to remove the packing material, and install the screw gasket shaft sleeve according to the drawing. c2Place the front wheel in the front fork card slot and lock it with a 15mm wrench.

4.3 Install The Front Mudguard c1The lifting lug of the mud pan is connected with the hole of the front fork axle pipe,and then threaded in the screw to tighten it. c2The mudguard support shall be aligned with the front fork mudguard take-up hole position,and then threaded into the screw for tightening.

4.4 Install The Front Basket c1Remove the basket to remove the packaging material, and install the screw gasket according to the drawing. c2Install 4 bolts clockwise using a 4mm hexagon wrench, and place the harness in the front shelf hook.

c1Install the headlight screw washer nut according to the drawing. c2The headlight line is fixed as shown in the figure.

4.5 Install The Front Light 10

4.6 Install The Pedals c1Prepare left and right pedalThe pedal”R”is installed on one side of the chainring, and “L” is opposite to the chainring.

4.3 Button definitions The YL61F-D display is equipped with three buttons on the corresponding operating unit: power on/off

Display Instructions 5.1 Power on/off Long press to power on / off the display. When the display is off, it will not use the battery power and the leakage current is less than 1uA. The display will automatically shut off if it is not used for more than 10 minutes. 5.2 Display interface switching When the display is powered on, it will show the Current Speed (km/h) and Trip Odometer (km) by default. Short press to switched cyclically between Trip Odometer (km), Odometer (km), Maximum Speed (km/h), and Average Speed (km/h). 5.3 Walk boost mode Long press and hold , the electric bicycle enters the walk boost mode. The electric bicycles will travel at walking speed and the display shows . Release the button to stop the power output immediately and restore to the state before walk boost.
The walk boost mode can only be used when pushing the electric bicycle, please do not use it while riding.

5.5 Assist level selection Press / to switch PAS level of electric bicycle, thus changing the motor output power. 5.6 Battery level display The Battery level is shown as 5 bars. When the battery is full charged, all of the 5 bars lighten up. When the battery is fully depleted, the bar begin to flash, warning the user to charge the battery as soon as possible.
