XINMENG M71 Mechanical Keyboard

APPLICABLE SCOPE

Xinmeng M71 aluminum alloy mechanical keyboard, designed with 71 keys using RGB lighting, Bluetooth 2.4G wired three channel working mode and related device connection control, the products can run on computers with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win10.WIN11, OS2-2.0 versions and above, as well as mobile phone systems with Bluetooth versions. Local Bluetooth device name “M71 3.0 or M71 5.0”

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
A phone or computer with Bluetooth and a USB port available for connecting devices.

SWITCH FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

1. Bluetooth/wired/2.4G three mode switch
2. TYPE-C connection port
3. Mac and Win system switch
4. 2.4G receiver placement hole

There are two sets of switches on the upper left side of the keyboard, one is the system switch and the other is the mode switch. The mode switch has a total of three gear switching functions. When the switch is turned to the BT position, it is a Bluetooth channel, when the switch is turned to the Line position, it is a wired channel, and when it is turned to the 2.4G position, it is a 2.4G wireless channel.
System switch function on the keyboard: When the switch is in the WIN position, it indicates that the keyboard is suitable for working with the Win system. When the switch is in the Mac position, it indicates that the keyboard is suitable for working with the MAC system.
The three indicator lights on the keyboard are: the CAPS light at the top. In the middle is the lock Win light, and at the bottom is the mode switch light

INSTALLATION STEPS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Installation steps and usage of keyboard Bluetooth mode connection pairing:
   Turn the keyboard mode switch to the BT position, and then press and hold the three key combinations FN+Q/FN+W/FN+E to create the keyboard Bluetooth broadcast pairing key. When pressing and holding the FN+Q key for Bluetooth broadcast, the keyboard mode light will flash blue quickly. When Bluetooth pairing is connected, the light will stay blue. When pressing and holding the FN+W Bluetooth broadcast key, the keyboard mode light will flash pink quickly. When Bluetooth pairing is connected, the light will stay pink. When pressing and holding the FN+E Bluetooth broadcast key, the light will stay blue, The keyboard mode light will flash yellow quickly. When the Bluetooth code is connected, the light will remain yellow for a long time. The product uses a long press combination key for Bluetooth code matching, and a short press combination key for channel switching. For example, when using the WIN-7 computer, you should first click (Start) on the computer, select “Control Panel”, and then click “Add Device”. The computer will display the “Add Device” interface. At this time, set the mode switch key of the keyboard to the BT position, and then press and hold the FN+Q, W, E keys of the keyboard to broadcast the code. When the keyboard icon appears on the computer interface, Select the ‘Keyboard Icon’ again, then click on the ‘Next’ dialog box in ‘Add Device’ and follow the prompts. The computer can be connected to the keyboard via Bluetooth. Installation steps on computer WIN-10: Click “Start” on the computer, select “Devices”, select “Bluetooth”, “, and then select “Keyboard Icon” in the list to pair. Follow the interface dialogue operation to complete.

2. Installation steps and usage of keyboard 24G mode:
   The keyboard can also be connected to the computer with a 2.4G receiver. Turn the keyboard mode switch to the 2.4G position, press and hold the FN+R key, and the keyboard mode light will flash blue quickly. At this time, the receiver should be immediately plugged into the idle USB port of the computer, so that the computer will automatically confirm the code and install the corresponding adapter software. Generally, the computer will also prompt; The installation is complete and ready for use. At this point, the keyboard mode light will become longer and brighter in blue, indicating that the keyboard and computer have successfully matched and can be used.

3. Installation steps and usage of wired keyboard mode:
   The keyboard can also be connected to the computer with the accompanying TYPE-C cable. When the cable is plugged in, when the mode switch button of the keyboard is set to the middle wired icon position, the keyboard mode matching light will light up in white, and it will automatically connect with the computer and can be used. When the keyboard power is low, the light will turn red – indicating that the keyboard is also in a charging state. This indicates that the keyboard and computer have been successfully connected using a TYPE-C cable.

The keyboard supports lighting modes, including:
Following the Waves – Default, Shadow like, Sine Wave, Rotating Windmill, Colorful Waterfall, Blossoming Wealth, Constant Light Mode, Breathing Mode, Fantasy Rainbow, Instant, Slow Walk in the Rain, Rainbow Wheel, Key Ripples, Continuous Flowing.
The keyboard supports light color switching, including:
There are eight colors in total: red, green, blue, yellow, pink, cyan, white, and mixed colors. FN+ Right Ctrl key – Keyboard side light switch: The lights are available  separately. Rainbow Continuous Light – Rainbow Streaming Light – Red – Blue – Green – Cyan – Yellow – Pink – White Light Continuous Light or Breath – Turn Off Switch.

NOTES:

1. When using the keyboard for the first time, it is recommended to first connect the charging cable preview argo to furled charge the keyboard before use. When charging, observe the direction of the TYPE-C head of the cable and carefully insert it into the keyboard mode light will turn red, and when charged, the color of the indicator light in the current mode will be restored. When the keyboard is stationary for about 2-3 minutes during use, it will automatically turn off the backlight. At this time, pressing any key can restore it.
2. When using the keyboard to plug in the receiver and the computer cannot recognize it, it should be considered that poor port contact may cause it to need to be replaced and plugged into another computer USB port for use. When the backlight on the keyboard is dimmed or the product is not working properly, it should be confirmed that the internal battery of the product is low. You can also use the FN +Alt-R key to check the battery level. If there is a low battery level, it should be charged in a timely manner. When charging, it is necessary to connect the delivered TYPE-C cable to the keyboard before charging. The charging time may vary depending on the power level of the charger. If the product is not used for a long time, please turn the product mode switch to the wired icon position.
3. When the product stalls or suddenly does not move during use, in addition to ruling out the cause of low battery voltage, it should be caused by the interference of the same frequency signal in the environment. At this time, the TYPÉ-C cable can be connected to the computer and used in wired mode. You can also switch between the Bluetooth channel and the 2.4G channel again to solve the problem. The code matching method is shown above (if the code cannot be matched at once. the operation can be repeated). 4. All 4 Xinmeng wireless products are designed with built-in lithium-ion batteries, and the keyboard uses (over 4000-4600 milliampere lithium-ion batteries). Therefore, for user safety, the product can only be used indoors at room temperature. Please do not use it in high temperatures or near ignition sources.
5. Disposal of product damage: If the product is damaged and cannot be repaired, please do not disassemble or throw it into the fire to avoid accidental danger. It should be sent to a professional waste disposal station or a dedicated recycling bin for disposal.
