Using Instructions
Instructions for First Time Log-in For Distributor
NOTE: In order for a first-time user to successfully log in, you will need to be identified as an eligible user in our system. For first-time DISTRIBUTOR users:
- If you know who your existing OneLink administrator is at your location (main office or branch), contact that person and request they add you as a user. Once added, use the instructions below.
- If you do not know who your existing OneLink administrator is, or if there is no OneLink distributor administrator already set up, contact your GeoStar Territory Manager. After the TM identifies you as an eligible user and sets up access, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to https://onelink.mygeostar.com
- Click on “Forgot password?”
- Input your email address and click “Submit”. You will receive an email to establish a password.
- Use that new password in the log-in screen and click the blue log-in box.
OneLink Dealer Portal Login
To log in to the OneLink Dealer Portal, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://onelink.mygeostar.com
- Enter your email address in the “Email” field.
- Enter your password in the “Password” field.
- Check the “Remember me” box if you want the system to remember your credentials.
- Click the blue “Log in” button.
- If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot password?” link and follow the instructions to reset it.
OneLink Dealer Portal Information
OneLink is available for use only by registered users of the WaterFurnace International, Inc. (WFI) its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. An email will be identified for each customer. This email is responsible for maintaining the ownership of changing and adding additional company employees and maintaining these employees sharing of log-in names and/or passwords is not permitted without the express written consent of WFI or one of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
