Product Usage Instructions:
Removal
- Remove the seat.
- Follow the steps in the Owners / Service Manual to remove the rear fender to gain access to the rear turn signal connectors.
- Locate and disconnect left and right turn signal connectors.
- Remove the turn signal nut securing the turn signal to the rear fender assembly.
- Cut the stock turn signal wire 4 from the male connector and strip the ends.
Installation
- Insert the micro turn signal into 074BG265020-B, outside turn signal plate hole and align 074BG265020-IN, metal inner plate, on the inside of the turn signal holder. Secure the turn signal with the plastic nut.
Note: Ensure proper orientation of the metal inner plate as described in the manual.
- Connect turn signal wires to micro light wires using solder shrink connectors as instructed.
- Right: Brown (Harness) – Black Black (Harness) – Blue
- Left: Brown (Harness) – Black Purple (Harness) – Blue
- Follow detailed steps provided for secure connection.
Note1: Unused wires should be bundled and tucked away properly. Verify local regulations regarding front light colors.
Note2: Verify proper connection and function before proceeding.
- Repeat steps for the opposite side.
- Reconnect turn signal connectors to the wiring harness.
- Check for proper function of turn signals and secure all components before riding.
- Re-install fender and seat following reverse steps ofremoval.

Removal
- Remove the seat.
- Follow the steps in the Owners / Service Manual to remove the rear fender to gain access to the rear turn signal connectors.

- Cut the stock turn signal wire 4” from the male connector and strip the ends.
Installation

Insert the micro turn signal into 074BG265020-B, outside turn signal plate hole and align 074BG265020-IN, metal inner plate, on the inside of the turn signal holder. Secure the turn signal with the plastic nut.
Note : Ensure that 074BG265020-IN metal inner plate is oriented so that the big hole is facing to the rear and the smaller hole for the stud on 074BG25020-B is to the front of the bike as shown below.

Using the solder shrink connectors supplied in the micro turn signal kit, connect turn signal wires to micro light wires as follows:
Right:-
Brown (Harness) – Black

Black (Harness) – Blue
Left: -
Brown (Harness) – Black

Purple (Harness) – Blue

Strip the stock turn signal wire ends 1/4” – 1/2” and insert into BN-SSS-22-18, solder shrink connectors provided in the kit.

Center the spliced wire ends in the middle and using a heat gun or lighter, apply heat evenly on the outer edges of the solder shrink connector to shrink and hold wires in place.

Making sure that the stripped ends are centered, heat the center of the solder shrink connector evenly until the solder begins to liquify.

Allow to cool completely and tug both ends of the wires to verify that connection is secured.

Note1 : The white running light wire and red brake light wire on the micro signals will not be used. Bundle back up and tuck away.
Note2 : A red front light is prohibited in most states. Check with local laws and regulations prior to installation.

Repeat steps for opposite side.

Reconnect turn signal connectors to the wiring harness.

Check for proper function of turn signals and that all components are secure prior to riding.

Re-install fender and seat using opposite steps of removal.
