Warranty Period

LAVA MUSIC provides a warranty for the materials and workmanship of hardware products and accessories in the package, with a term of one year from the date of initial retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

Services

Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by accidents or improper use are not covered by LAVA MUSIC’s warranty. Repairs

Due to the high sensitivity of the electronic components in LAVA STUDIO, store the device within the temperature range of -20°C to 45°C, and operate it within the range of 0°C to 40°C. To avoid damage, do not drop, burn, crush, or expose the device to high concentrations of industrial chemicals.
