Product Usage Instructions
Installation
To install the electronic deadbolt:
- Remove the existing deadbolt from your door.
- Follow the provided instructions to attach the Philips electronic deadbolt using a screwdriver.
- Insert 4 AA alkaline batteries into the lock.
Setting up PIN Codes
To set up PIN codes:
- Access the lock’s settings using the touchscreen keypad.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to program up to 20 permanent PIN codes.
- You can also generate one-time PIN codes for temporary access.
Using the Lock
To unlock the door:
- Enter your permanent PIN code or a one-time PIN code on the touchscreen keypad.
- The door will unlock automatically upon successful entry of the correct code.
Replacing Batteries
When the low battery alert is triggered:
- Open the lock cover and remove the old batteries.
- Replace them with new 4 AA alkaline batteries.
- Close the cover securely to resume regular operation.
