Q: How do I silence the alarm on my watch?

A: Press any button to silence the alarm.

Q: How do I set the countdown timer on my watch?

A: In TIMER mode, select the desired hours and minutes, then press the corresponding buttons to start, pause, resume, or reset the timer. Press and hold to set a new timer.

WARNING

  • Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep them away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate them.

  • Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.

  • Call a local poison control center for treatment information.

  • Battery type: lithium metal, CR2016.

  • Nominal battery voltage: 3.0 V

  • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

  • Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above 158°F (70ºC), or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage, or explosion resulting in chemical burns.

  • Ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).

  • Do not mix old and new batteries, different brands, or types of batteries, such as
    alkaline, carbon zinc, or rechargeable batteries.

  • Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period according to local regulations.

  • Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.

BASIC OPERATIONS

Press 4 to cycle through ALARM, TIMER, CHRONO, and TIME ZONE modes. Press 1 to illuminatewatch face (INDIGLO® night-light). Press 4 to view the date. When setting functions, press and hold 4 to advance digits rapidly.

ANALOG TIME

  • Pull crown and turn to set HOUR and MINUTE hands.

DIGITAL TIME

  • A. With digital time displayed, press and hold 3. SECONDS will flash. Press 4 to set SECONDS to 0. Press 2 to select HOURS digits. Press 4 to advance. Go through 12 hours for AM or PM. Press 2 to select TENS OF MINUTES, MINUTES, YEAR, MONTH, ATE, DAY, 12 or 24 TIME DISPLAY. Press 4 to advance the selected item. Press 3 when done.
  • B. In either time zone display, press 4 to view the date, and press and hold 4 to switch the primary display from time to date.

TIME ZONES

  • Press 2 until T2 (Time Zone 2) is displayed. Press and hold 3 to set time. Press 4 to select HOURS digits. Press 2 to select MONTH,3 to advance. Continue for DATE, DAY OF WEEK, 12OR 24 HOUR TIME display. Press 3 when done.

ALARM AND CHIME

  •  A. Press 2 until ALARM is displayed. Press 3 then 4 to select TIMEZONE 1 or 2. Press 2 repeatedly to select HOURS, TENS OF MINUTES, MINUTES, TIME ZONE 1 OR 2. Press 4 to advance or change. Press 3 when done. Repeat for the second time zone.
  • B. Press 4 to turn alarm on or off. The alarm symbol will appear when on.
  • C. Press 4 again to turn the hourly chime on or off. The chime symbol will appear when on.
  • D. Press any button to silence the alarm.

COUNTDOWN TIMER

  • A. In TIMER (TR) mode, press 3 repeatedly to select HOURS digits, TENS OF MINUTES, and MIN-UTES. Press 4 to advance. Press 4 to start timing, 4 to pause, 3 to resume, or 4 to reset. Press and hold 3 to set a new timer.
  • B. TIMER will continue to run when digital time is displayed. “T” appears in display.

CHRONOGRAPH

  • A. In CHRONO mode, press 3 to switch between LAP and SPLIT display. Press 4 to start CHRONO, and press 4 again to view lap/split time (display pauses). Press 2 to view the running time. The display changes automatically after 10 seconds. Press 3 to stop timing, 4 to resume.
  • B. Press and hold 3 to time new lap or split.
  • C. CHRONO will continue to run when digital time is displayed. “C” appears in display.

ELAPSED TIME RING

  • Turn the bezel counterclockwise to position symbol (▲) at the desired time to start or end the activity.

COMPASS DIRECTIONAL RING

  • To get an approximate compass reading, point hour hand at the sun. Adjust the ring so S (South) is halfway between the hour hand and 12. Adjust every hour. Make sure hour hand is always pointed toward the sun.

INDIGLO® NIGHT-LIGHT

  • Press 1 to illuminate watch face. Electroluminescent technology used in the INDIGLO® nightlight illuminates entire watch face at night and in low light conditions. Press and hold 3 for three seconds (beep will sound) to activate or de-activate NIGHT-MODE®. While in NIGHTMODE ®, press any button to illuminate watch face for 3 seconds.

WARNING: TO MAINTAIN WATER RESISTANCE, DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS OR PULL OUT THE CROWN UNDER WATER UNLESS YOUR WATCH IS INDICATED AS 200 METERWATER- RESISTANT.

  1. A watch is water-resistant only as long as the crystal, crown, and case remain intact.
  2. A watch is not a diver watch and should not be used for diving.
  3. Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
  4. Shock resistance will be indicated on the watch face or caseback. Watches are designed to pass the ISO test for shock resistance. However, care should be taken to avoid damaging crystals.

BRACELET ADJUSTMENT

SLIDING CLASP BRACELET

  • Open the locking plate. Move the clasp to the desired bracelet length. Exert pressure while holding the locking plate and slide the clasp back and forth until it engages in grooves on the underside of the bracelet. Press the locking plate down until it snaps closed. The clasp can be damaged if excessive force is used.

FOLDOVER CLASP BRACELET

  • Find a spring bar that connects the bracelet to the clasp. Using a pointed tool (Fig. 2), push the spring bar in and gently twist the bracelet to disengage. Determine wrist size, then insert the spring bar in the correct bottom hole (Fig. 3). Push down on the spring bar, align with the top hole, and release it to lock it in place(Fig. 4).

Bracelet Link Removal

  • Removing Links: Place bracelet upright and insert pointed tool in opening of link (Fig. 5). Push pin forcefully in direction of arrow until link is detached (pins are designed to be difficult to remove). Repeat until desired number of links are removed.
    Reassembly : Rejoin bracelet parts. Push the pin back into a link in the opposite direction of the arrow. Press the pin down securely into the bracelet until it is flush.

SOLID LINK BRACELET

  • Removing Links: Using a very small screwdriver, remove screws by turning COUNTERCLOCKWISE. Repeat until the desired number of links are removed. Do not remove links adjacent to the clasp (Fig. 6).
    Reassembly: Rejoin bracelet parts and insert a screw at the end of the opening where it was removed. Turn the screw clockwise until tight and flush with a bracelet.

BATTERY

  • The watch button cell or coin battery is not intended to be replaced by a consumer. Only a jeweler or other professional is to replace the battery.0
