Filling Instructions:

Only use 3- or 5-gallon water bottles with the dispenser. Do not
refill with sink or tap water to maintain proper functionality.

Draining Instructions:

To empty the hot water reservoir, remove the screw on the
transparent drain cover on the back of the cooler and place a
bucket under the drain. Be cautious as hot water can cause severe
burns.

For draining the cold water tank, place an empty container at
the drain port, unscrew the fixing screw on the transparent
drainage cover, remove the red drain plug, discharge all water, and
then reinstall the red drain plug.

HOT WATER. Unit produces Hot Water in excess of 80° C (175° F). Water above 52°C (125° F) can cause severe burns or scolding. Keep unauthorized people and children away from the unit to avoid accidental dispensing of hot water.

To empty the hot water reservoir, remove the screw on the transparent drain cover (18) on the back of the cooler. Place a small bucket under the drain.
WARNING: Hot water will be dispensed when removing the red drain plug. Water can cause severe burns, keep unauthorized people and children away from the unit to avoid accidental contact with hot water.
After all the water has been drained, reinstall the red drain plug, discard the water.
Drain the water in the cold water tank of the whole machine: put the 5L empty container at the drain port of the cold water tank behind the whole machine, unscrew the fixing screw on the transparent drainage cover with a screwdriver, remove the red drain plug, and install the red drain plug after all the water in the cold water tank is discharged.
