Router Big Base Setup
- Step 1: Take your router and attach the chosen brand plate using the supplied M4X5 hex screws.
- Step 2: Take the router’s big base, ensuring the side with laser markings faces up.
- Step 3: Slot the router with the attached brand plate into the router’s big base plate and secure using M5X8 thumbscrews.
Attaching the Router Guide Bush
- Step 1: Slot the stainless steel guide bush plate and your chosen size guide bush from underneath.
- Step 2: Use the M25 guide bush ring on top of the threaded guide bush ring and tighten.
Mandrel Setup
- Step 1: Slot the mandrel into your router to center the guide bush.
- Step 2: Place the router with the big base plate over the mandrel.
- Step 3: Loosen the hex screws to centralize it to the mandrel, then tighten once in place.
Centring Wheels Installation
- Step 1: Turn your router upside down and screw the centering wheels on either side of the big base.
Track Adapters Installation

Step 1: Place both track adapters in the slots
on the big base plate. -
Step 2: Screw in the supplied thumbscrews into
the big base but do not fully tighten.
