Product Usage Instructions
I. Mira Wi-Fi Setting Guide
STEP 1: Check the firmware version

Scan the QR code on the nameplate with Sinexcel AC application
to bind the charger. -
Check whether the firmware version is 000.071.042 or higher
than that. (Note: firmware version that is older than 042 does not
support the Wi-Fi function.) -
If the firmware version is 000.071.042 or newer version, please
move to STEP 2; If the firmware version is older than 000.071.042,
we need to upgrade firmware version first. -
Upgrade:
-
Through Sinexcel AC application
-
Through USB disk (Note: USB2.0 drive with format FAT32, smaller
than 16G, and USB name simplification) -
Check the firmware version through Sinexcel AC application
after upgrade to see whether the upgrade is succeeded.
STEP 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

Switch the communication method to Wi-Fi.

Connect to specific Wi-Fi by typing in the Wi-Fi’s name and
entering the password. -
NOTE:
-
The Wi-Fi’s name can only be characters or numbers. Any other
marks are not supported. -
The Wi-Fi’s frequency should be 2.4GHz.

After the setting, wait for 1-3 minutes and connect the charger
to OCPP platforms.
II. Interstellar Wi-Fi Setting Guide
STEP 1: Check the firmware version

Scan the QR code on the nameplate with Sinexcel AC application
to bind the charger. -
Check whether the firmware version is 000.061.050 or higher
than that. (Note: firmware version that is older than 050 does not
support the Wi-Fi function.) -
If the firmware version is 000.061.050 or newer version, please
move to STEP 2; If the firmware version is older than 000.061.050,
we need to upgrade firmware version first. -
Upgrade:

Through Sinexcel AC application

Through USB disk (Note: USB2.0 drive with format FAT32, smaller
than 16G, and USB name simplification)

1. Scan the QR code on the nameplate with Sinexcel AC application to bind the
charger.
2. Check whether the firmware version is 000.071.042 or higher than that.
(Note: firmware version that is older than 042 does not support the Wi-Fi
function.)
3. If the firmware version is 000.071.042 or newer version, please move to
STEP 2; If the firmware version is older than 000.071.042, (i.e. the number at
the end is smaller than 42), we need to upgrade firmware version first.

- through USB disk NOTE: USB2.0 drive with format FAT32. 4096 BytesSmaller
than 16Gand USB name simplification (do not appear other than the letters of
the alphabet A-Z, will not be recognized).

Insert the USB drive with the latest firmware file (euac_GD.bin) at the root
directory. Note the name of the firmware file should be exact: euac_GD.bin.
Any difference would cause upgrade failure.
Press the reset button near the USB port and wait for 1 minute till the LED
light of Mira turns to constant blue. Plug out the USB disk. Upgrade finished.

5. Check the firmware version through Sinexcel AC application after upgrade to see whether the upgrade is succeeded. If yes, move to STEP 2; if the upgrade failed, please check the USB disk’s type, the firmware file’s name, and whether the file is at the root directory of the USB disk.

Type in the Wi-Fi’s name and enter the password.

Enter the platform’s URL address and the charger number accordingly. Wait for
few seconds and check on the platform whether the charger is online or not.
