Dashboard

Once logged in you’ll view your main dashboard.

Here you can view 6 main categories:

• Battery settings

• System performance

• Support

• Referral code

• View subscriptions

• Recent transactions

Battery settings

This allows you to change the battery settings on your inverter.

• GoSolr managed (recommended)
  The rules on battery usage will change dynamically depending on the load shedding situation.

• Max Safety
  Battery is kept at 95% full at any given time. Suitable for load shed ding days level 4 or above.

• Balanced
  Best of both worlds. Gives you as much value from the system as possible while still giving you protection against load shedding.

• Economical
  Maximises production from your solar system at all times.
  Just remember that it won’t give you protection against load shedding.

• Custom settings
  You choose your personal preference of settings.

System performance

This provides a live view of your system’s performance.

• Battery
  Battery percentage (how much battery capacity you have available).

• Current production
  How much your system is currently producing.

• Daily production
  Your daily solar production

• Daily consumption
  Your daily consumption

View subscriptions

The property page gives you an overview of your active subscriptions.

It shows:

• Location where the subscription is active

• The subscription that is active

• System performance

• Battery settings. You can also control your battery settings from this page

• Statistics of environmental and economic benefits of your installation

Recent transactions

You can trace your once-off and monthly payments here.

Sidebar menu

This allows you to navigate between the different pages on the webapp.

These include:

• Dashboard
• Account
• Property
• Support
• Settings

Account

The account overview shows the customer details registered on your GoSolr user profile.
If you need to update your banking details, just press “Edit” and a request will be sent to our support department.

Settings

Update your name, email address, phone number and profile picture for your webapp profile on Account settings

Add webapp to your phone home screen

• Open https://app.gosolr.co.za on your phone
• Click the actions icon
• Choose “add to home screen”
• Your GoSolr shortcut is created and ready for use
