Product Usage Instructions

To ensure proper operation of the device and compliance with FCC regulations, please follow these guidelines:

1. Installation:
   Place the device in a location where it will not cause interference with other electronic devices. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.

2. Powering On/Off:
   Use the designated power button to turn the device on and off. Do not force the device to power off as it may lead to undesired operation.

SIM Card Installation

1. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery compartment cover at the bottom of the device.
2. To install the SIM card, slide the metal tab to the left to unlock it. Flip it up, and place the card in the direction shown in the illustration.
3. Lower the metal tab and slide it to the right to lock it, as shown in the illustration.

Warnings

• Always ensure your device is turned off before removing or inserting your SIM card to prevent data loss and damage to the SIM card.
• Handle the SIM card with care to avoid damaging the phone’s electrical contacts.
• Do not place the SIM card near electromagnetic surfaces or environments.
• Avoid touching the phone’s metal connectors with your hands or metal objects.

Battery Installation

1. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert the battery into the battery compartment, ensuring the electrodes of the connector on the terminal match the slots on the top of the battery, as shown in the image.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover, ensuring it is securely in place.

Precautions

• Under no circumstances should you use the charger or battery if they are damaged. Use the battery correctly.
• Do not short-circuit the battery, as this may damage the battery or cause a fire.
• Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or fire, as it may explode.
• Return the spent battery to the dealer or place it in designated recycling locations; do not dispose of the battery in household trash.
• The battery charging time depends on the remaining charge, the type of battery, and the charger used.
• When the operation time is noticeably shorter than normal, replace the battery with a new one.
• Use only original chargers and manufacturer-approved batteries and accessories.
• Disconnect the charger from the electrical outlet and from the device when the phone is not in use.
• Do not expose the battery to extremely hot or cold temperatures, as this will reduce the battery’s capacity.

Handset Installation

1. Plug the curly handset cord into the telephone base. The longer end of the uncurled cable should be connected under the base, while the shorter end is connected to the handset.
2. Plug the other end of the curly cable into the handset jack as shown in the illustration.

Battery Charging

1. Connect the power supply cable to the connector on the back of the phone, and then plug the power supply into a household AC outlet. The battery level will be indicated on the screen while the battery charging process is completed.
2. When the battery level is low, there will be a warning tone, a low battery message, and the battery icon will be displayed in red. Plug the power adapter into the device to start charging. The battery level will be indicated on the screen during charging mode and once fully charged, the battery icon will appear full.
3. Charging a completely discharged battery can take 2 to 3 hours.
