What you see is what you get

  1. Relay box (specs on page 4)
  2. Ignition wire & ground wire of switch panel
  3. Extension cables relay box to switch panels
  4. Main ground cable (negative)
  5. Main power cable (positive)
  6. Switch panel with tilt brackets (2pcs)
  7. Sticker sheet (2pcs)
  8. Various installation hardware
  9. Add-a-fuse tool (4pcs)
  10. Spare fuse 100 amp

Find a good place to mount the relay box and mark the mounting holes. Tip: cover the area with painter’s tape before making the marks. Drill the holes with a 5mm drill bit.

  • When fixing this relay box, make sure it is on a flat surface. Otherwise you can damage the circu it board
on the inside while tightening the bolts.

  • Always watch out for original cables when drilling!

  • Before drilling, please make sure that it is not mounted next to the exhaust system.

These pictures are mounting suggestions for the relay box

  1. Negative/ground busbar : connect all negative cables of the accessories to this bus bar. Then connect the busbar to the negative pole of the 12V battery with the supplied cable.

  2. Fuse : 3 amp fuse of the switch panel. In case the switch panel does not turn on, it is recommended to check this fuse.

  3. Ignition cable: Connect t his cable to the ignition or directly to the positive side of the battery. 2 cables each cable for each panel. If the cable receives power, the panel is active

  4. Ground cable of the switch panel : connect this cable directly to the negative pole of the 12V battery or to the minus bus bar of the relay box.

  5. Switch panel cable that connects the relay box to the switch panel.

  6. Main power cable positive side: connect this cable directly to the positive pole of the 12V battery.
Attention: 24V batteries are not allowed!

  7. Connect the positive side of your 12V accessories here (maximum 28 amp per output)

  8. Fuse and relays (it is recommended to match the fuse to the type of cable you are using)
Attention: never fit a fuse larger than 30 amps!

  • Turn off the ignition of the car. Search for a fuse that is not active when the ignit ion is off.
  • Turn on the ignition of the car and check if the fuse is now active. (For example: the fuse of the 12V socket is often an ignition-activated fuse.)
  • Once you have found a suitable fuse, switch the car’s ignition off again.

Problem: The Switch Panel doesn’t light up.
Remedy: Check the fuse alarm light. If the alarm light lights up, you need to replace the 3 amp fuse.

Problem: The Switch Panel blinks and doesn’t react to commands.
Remedy: The low voltage cut-off function wi ll be activated when the battery voltage is less than 11 V. The Switch Panel will blink to show you that this is the problem. When the battery voltage is higher than 12.SV, the Switch Panel will function normally again.

Problem: The Switch Panel doesn’t light up when the ignition control wire is connected.
Remedy: Check the Add-a-Fuse tool. Make sure that it is connected in the correct posit ion and that the factory fuse is installed in the Add-a-Fuse tool.

Problem: The Switch Panel doesn’t turn on, yet everything is intact.
Remedy: Test the pin control wire continuity.
