CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Regular Cleaning: To get rid of algae and other things in the tank, clean it often. To keep the plastic from getting scratched, use a soft cloth or sponge.
- Changes in the Water: To keep the water clean and get rid of waste, do partial water changes (about 25–30%) once a week.
- Check the Water Parameters: To keep your fish healthy, check the pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels of the water on a regular basis.
- Check Equipment: Make sure the LED light is working properly by checking it every so often. As needed, change the batteries.
- Keep an eye on your fish’s health. Look for any signs that your fish is sick or stressed, and fix any problems right away.
- Avoid Direct sunshine: Keep the tank out of direct sunshine to keep algae from growing too much and the temperature from changing too quickly.
- Replace Water: If there are big problems with pollution or water quality, you should replace the water and clean the tank really well.
- Feed Correctly: Make sure you feed your Betta fish what it needs to eat, and don’t give it too much to keep the water quality from getting bad.
- Clean the ornaments: Make sure to clean the aquarium’s ornaments and rocks as needed to keep algae and waste from building up.
- Check for Leaks: Look over the tank and stand often for any signs of leaks or weakness.
- Keep the setting Stable: Make sure the tank stays at a setting that is good for Betta fish. If you need to, use a heater.
- Replace Canopy: If the clear canopy gets scratched or broken, you might want to get a new one to keep seeing and using it.
- Lighting for the Monitor: Make sure the LED light is working right and move it if necessary to get enough light.
- Right Way to Store: Keep the tank and its parts in a clean, dry place when not in use to keep them from getting damaged.
- Get Help from an expert: If you can’t figure out how to fix a problem with the tank or the fish’s health, you should talk to an expert.
