To get started:
- Place suction cups on a flat, nonporous surface. Move the lever on each suction cup to the lock position to secure it to the flat, non-porous surface.
- Attach threaded bolt side of mounting plate to end of mounting arm.
- Use the locking knob to adjust the mounting arm. Turning the locking knob counterclockwise to loosen and then clockwise to tighten after positioning the mounting arm.
