Equipment requirements Android devices support android 5.0 and above, and mainstream android smartphones with Bluetooth 4.0 and above. Apple Devices Support los to or higher, and (PHONE 6 or higher.

Bluetooth ComeNion: After a successful match. the APP Automatically Saves the Bracelet’s Bluetooth address, and when the APP is open or running in the background, it automabcally searches for and connects to the bracelet.
Data synchronization: Manually pull down the sync data on the APP’s home page; the bracelet can store 7 days of offline data. The more data there is. the longer the sync time will be, up to about 2 minutes.
I The watch is hooked up to the phone
This wristband is a dual bluetooth call wristband. To use all the functions, you need to bind two Bluetooth (APP Bluetooth and Native Audio Bluetooth)
1. APP Bluetooth Connection: Download Funkeep, open the phone’s Bluetooth, access the APP’s device, device interface, search for E18 and cidc bind, which sync the data, uses, and does everything but play music and talk. Do not search for bindings directly on the System Bluetooth

Charging

Aim The charger at the metal contacts on the back of the bracelet Connect the other end of the charger to the USB charging head.

Click on the enter heart rate interface to start measuring, about 15 seconds later, the current heart rate is displayed. The result of product measurement is for reference only, not for diagnosis and treatment. Including running, cycling, swimming, rope skipping and so on.

Note: since the counting mode of each movement mode is different for more accurate counting, please do the corresponding movement state.
Telephone details

1. Ring Audio Bluetooth and Mobile Phone Bluetooth connection successful, you can make and receive calls. (Audio Bluetooth name: Audio-E18.)
2. You can sync your phone contacts to your bracelet address book in the APP.
3. Please do not leave your wristband more than 5 meters away from your mobile phone when making a call, otherwise the quality of the call will be affected. Note: When the power of the bracelet is below 20%. bluetooth 3.0 will automatically turn off and the call function will be suspended.

What happens when the APP doesn’t bind to the bracelet?

1. Do not connect to the Bracelet via Bluetooth in yourphoneissettings. This will cause the bracelet to be unsearchable in APP(FunKeep). If you already have a bracelet in your phone’s settings, please unbind it first.
2. When a user binds to a wristband, they do so by clicking onthe APP device interface, connecting the device, and clickingon the wristband’s Mac address. If any binding fails, please ignore the device in the system Bluetooth before rebinding.
3. If any other phone is already connected to the wristband, a wristband can only be connected to one phone.
4. If the user can not find the bracelet please put the braceletnear the phone and check the Bluetooth status of the bracelet to see if it is unbound ftf it is bound, you need to unbind it fromthe system’s

What if the bracelet can’t play music or make or receive calls?
Check to see if the Bracelet Audio Bluetooth and the Mobile System Bluetooth are connected. If yes, unconnected, follow these steps: (the status barwil appear small after connecting successfully, headphone icon)

1. Ring Audio Bluetooth Unbound Mobile System Bluetooth: Open Audio Bluetooth in the Ring Status Bar, switch on the phone-set Bluetooth search to Audio, and dick bind. If not, search can switch once audio bluetooth switch or bracelet to restore factory settings.
2. Bracelet Audio Bluetooth is already tied to Mobile System Bluetooth: Please Check if Bluetooth is on, if Audio Bluetooth is on in the status bar of the bracelet, if both are on, please switch it on once, Bluetooth on Mobile Phone and Audio Bluetooth switch. If you still can not connect successfully, please unbind in the mobile phone system, Bluetooth, and search again.
3. Long-term away from the phone, in order to enhance battery life, audio bluetooth switch will automatically turn off, need to be manually turned on, turned on and then automatically reconnected to the phone.

Unable to search for bracelet?
Since the bracelet was not found by the phone during the Bluetooth broadcast make sure the bracelet is powered, active, and not tied to another phone, then move the bracelet closer to the phone, and if it still doesn’t work, turnoff the Bluetooth on the phone, reboot the phone’s Bluetooth in 20 seconds.
When measuring heart rate, why should the bracelet be worn more tightly?
The bracelet uses the light reflection principle, through the light source penetrates the skin, collectsthe reflection to the sensor’s signal, calculates your head rate, if wears not tighdy, wil have the environment light to enter the sensor, will affect the measurement, the precision.
Why didn’t you receive the alert when the alert function was enabled?

Is the bracelet waterproof
IP57 waterproof and dust proof grade support
It is splash-proof and water-resistant, but it is recommended that the device not be submerged in water. You can wear and use it during exercise (contact with sweat), rain, and hand washing. Not Suitable for shower, swimming, scuba diving, water skiing, other activities facing high-speed water and deep-water activities.
Does the Bluetooth connection need to be open all the time? Disconnect. Is there more data?
Data is retained on the bracelet host (for up to seven days) until the data is synchronized. When the Bluetooth connection between the phone andthe bracelet is successful, the data of the bracelet will be uploaded to the phone automatically. Please synchronize the data to the phone.
Note: If the call, SMS reminder function is enabled, you must keep Bluetooth connected. alarm reminder support offline.
