Installation
The KeContact Pedestal is designed for flexible and simple installation of
KEBA wallboxes.
Follow the steps below for installation:
- Choose a suitable location for the pedestal.
- Secure the pedestal using the included ground anchor.
- Mount the KeContact P30 or P40 wallboxes onto the pedestal using the provided mounting material.
- Ensure proper alignment and connection of the charging stations.
Usage
Once installed, the KeContact Pedestal provides a barrier-free operating
height for convenient charging. The plug holder design ensures user-
friendliness by always facing the user.
Follow these steps for usage:
- Approach the pedestal with your electric vehicle.
- Insert the charging plug into the wallbox receptacle.
- Wait for the charging process to start and complete.
- Remove the plug carefully once charging is finished.

Maximum flexibility and barrier-free
Suitable for both KeContact P30 and KeContact P40 single and double mounting
on the pedestal is possible. The mounting height of the wallboxes also already
fulfils the future legal requirements for accessibility*.
The hole pattern of the base plate corresponds to that of the KEBA KC-P30
pedestal. The pedestal is therefore fully compatible with already existing
foundations or base plates. Installations can be quickly replaced or extended.
Sophisticated design
The basic parallelogram shape gives the column a special dynamic. This shape
means that the plug holder automatically always facing the user and thus
ensures optimum user-friendliness. The column has been specially optimised for
transport on Euro pallets. The delivery to the installation site can be
carried out very easily and efficiently.
Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, the powder-coated surface of the
column surface not only gives the column an aesthetic touch, but also makes it
very robust and ensures a long service life.
- The mounting height of the wallboxes on the pedestal fulfils the legal requirements for accessibility in accordance with standard EN 301 549.
