Q: What should I do if the device does not pair with my phone?

A: Ensure the device is in matching mode (red and green lights flashing) and that Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.

Q: How do I switch languages on the device?

A: Double click the middle button under ON state to toggle between Chinese and English. Turn off Bluetooth before changing languages if connected to a phone.

Switch on or off

  1. Press and hold key for seconds to switch on.The green light will flash, and then the red and green lights will alternate in flashing, which indicates that it has entered into the matching mode.
  2. Press and hold Key 4 for 4 seconds to switch off The red light will flash.

Matching and automatic reconnection
Matching:Press and holdKey for 4 seconds. When the red and green lights alternate in flashing, it has entered into the matching mode. Tum on the mobile phone or other devices that are equipped with Bluetooth play function and call function, switch on the Bluetooth to search for devices with Bluetooth function and then select BTglasses K8 K9 in the search result. After successful matching, it can play music and be used for calling.

  • Volume+: Press and hold Keyl
  • Volume-: Press and hold Key

  • Play Pause: Press Key shortly

  • Next track:Press Key shortly

Re-calling: Press Key twice
Charging alert: Insert it into a USB port for charging with voltage of 5V and its light being red (charging current should not exceed 1A, and 500mA is recommended) Charging time: about 2 and a half hours

Language Mode
Under ON state, double click the middle button to switch between Chinese and English.(If the glasses have connected with the mobile phone, please turn off Bluetooth before switching the language)

Common troubleshooting

  1. If the Bluetooth cannot be connected with the phone, check the Bluetooth to see whether it has entered the matching mode (red and green lights alternate in fiashing) and check if the Bluetooth on the phone is turned on.

  2. If the phone can’t play music, check the Bluetooth on the phone to see whether it has turned on the media audio.
    If the phornecan’ t make or receive calls,check the Bluetooth on the phone to see whether it has turned on its audio. If there’s something wrong with the keypad of the phone, check the Bluetooth on the phone to see whether it has turned off the input equipment.

  3. If the Bluetooth cannot be charged,check the data cable port and charger plug to see if they are connected properly. (phone charger shares a port with a computer)
