This product contains a built-in battery. It is not advisable to expose the product to strong sunlight or near fire sources. Do not place the device in an environment that is too high (above 50 degrees Celsius) or too low (below -15 degrees Celsius). Because this will cause serious damage to the equipment.

Wearing method:

Operation exception handling method

  1. There is no sound in a certain earphone due to improper operation or long-time shielding of the earphone signal. Please try to move to the range where the signal can be received to restore normal.
  2. For failures caused by unknown causes, turn off the headset and then turn it on again.
  3. After turning on the phone, if the two headphones are not paired, you can reset the headphones (five clicks on the MFB button in the left or right ear when the phone is not connected) and then restart them for use.
  4. If the two earphones have been paired and connected to the mobile phone, there is no sound from the earphone after answering the call. You need to check the audio output of the mobile phone and select the Bluetooth pairing name (E06) corresponding to the earphone before proceeding Bluetooth call.
