Safety Precautions:
To ensure safety during installation, follow these precautions:
- Turn off all power to the inverter before starting the installation.
- Work on an anti-static foam-covered platform to prevent electric shock.
Installation Steps:
- Cover your working platform with anti-static foam.
- Place the inverter face down on the platform and unscrew all 14 screws in an anti-clockwise direction using a cross-screwdriver.
- Turn the inverter face up and lift the cover board carefully, ensuring not to lift it more than 20 centimeters to avoid damaging cables.
Additional Connections:
Ensure to reconnect any additional components like RJ45 HMI and WIFI
securely after installing the zero-injection port.

Installing Zero-Injection Port
To avoid any electric shock, cut off all power of the inverter before you commence the installation.
- Cover your working platform with anti-static foam and put the inverter face down on it. Using a cross-screwdriver to unscrew all 14 screws in anti-clockwise.
- Then put the inverter face up and lift the cover board up. Attention, you should not lift it more than 20 centimeters in case breaking cables.
- Disconnecting all cables in cover board and take down the cover board. Taking down the seal in CON port and install a zero-injection port on it.
- Re-connecting all cables.
- Put the inverter face-down and secure all screws. Do not crush any cable on the edge.
