  • Scan the QR code below, or directly search for “Ease Life” in the App Store and Google Play to download the latest version.

Log In

  • Enter your username and password, then click the “Log in” button (If you’re using Ease Life for the first time, please register an account first.

Add Device By Scanning Code

  1. Select “Add a device by scanning code”.
  2. Enter your home Wi-Fi network name and password correctly.
  3. Place the QR code 4 to 12 inches in front of the device and move it back and forth slowly until you hear “been-been”
  4. Wait patiently for 1 to 2 minutes. If you hear “Network connection failed”, please double-check your Wi-Fi network name and password.

Add Device By AP Hotspot

  1. Select “Add device by AP hotspot”
  2. Enter your home Wi-Fi network name and password correctly.
  3. Click “Go to Phone Settings”, connect to the Wi-Fi starting with “CAM_AP”, and then back to Ease Life
  4. Wait patiently for 1 to 2 minutes. If you hear “Network connection failed”, please double-check your Wi-Fi network name and password.

FAQ

  1. The device frequently appears offline
    Consider replacing the power adapter and positioning the device closer to the router.

  2. A memory card is inserted into the device but is not recognized
    The device supports a memory card up to 128GB. Format the memory card into FAT32 on your computer.

Notes

  1. Please power off the device before inserting or removing the SD card.
  2. To enhance the success rate of scanning QR codes, ensure the lens is free of dust. Tap the QR code to enlarge it, and adjust the distance between the lens and screen (optimal distance: 4-12 inches)
