Installation Safety Precautions

  • Please read this User’s Manual in its entirety before using the grill.
  • Failure to follow the provided instructions can result in serious bodily injury and/or property damage.
  • Some parts of this grill may have sharp edges. Please wear suitable protective gloves.
  • Never use the grill with its back and side closer than 36 inches to any combustible wall or surface.
  • Place your grill outdoors on a firm, level surface. Do not use this grill on a surface that will burn or melt, such as a plastic or artificial surface or wood table. Keep the grill away from wooden fences, overhanging trees, or other flammable objects before adding and lighting charcoal.
  • DO NOT USE GASLINE, ALCOHOL OR KEROSENE IN THIS GRILL. Use only commercial lighter fluid with charcoal briquettes or pre-soaked charcoal briquettes. Prepare charcoal according to the product’s instructions. Do not exceed 5 lbs of charcoal briquettes in this grill peruse.
  • After lighting the charcoal, do not leave the grill unattended.
  • Remember to keep children and pets away from lit grill at all times. To avoid harm to people, pets, or property, do not move the grill once the charcoal has been lit.
  • Once coals are lit, the grill and surrounding surfaces become very hot.
  • To extinguish charcoal after cooking, dowse coals with sand or spray with a fine mist of water.
  • After your grill has cooled, remove ashes from the catcher and cover, and store the grill when not in use.

Tools Required

  • Adjustable wrench (not provided)
  • Screwdriver (not provided)
  • 7/16” Combination wrench (not provided)
  • The following hardware is provided in a blister pack:

Step 1

  • Pay close attention to when assembling grill legs. The right leg (22) is shorter to accommodate wheels.
  • Insert the short leg (22) and long leg (18) into the elbow leg (17) as shown.
  • Insert the leg bowl (19) to the bottom of the legs (18).

Note: Please note to keep the holes on elbow legs (17) facing inward for installing bottom bowls in later steps.

Step 2

  • Attach leg bracket (24) to short leg (22) as shown using M6x40 screw (B) and M6 lock nut (E).
  • Repeat Step 2 on the opposite side.
  • Do not fully tighten the screws at this time.

Step 3

  • Pay close attention to when assembling grill legs. The left leg (22) is shorter to accommodate wheels.
  • Insert the short leg (22) and long leg (18) into the elbow leg (17) as shown.

Step 4: Helper is needed for this step.

  • Insert the bottom rack (20) into holes of the assembled grill as shown.

Step 5

  • Attach the leg bracket to the short leg as shown using an M6x40 screw (B) and M6 lock nut (E).
  • Repeat step 5 on the opposite side. Do not fully tighten the screws at this time.

Step 6

  • Insert axle (23) through holes on short legs.
  • Slide wheel (21) onto the axle and secure using cotter pin (D). Snap axle cap (25) onto the end of the wheel assembly as shown.
  • Repeat step 6 on the opposite side for the remaining wheel.

Note: Please make sure the side of the wheels with 3 holes is facing outwards.

Step 7

  • Place the bottom bowl (15) onto the assembled legs with the smoker box opening on the same side as the front short leg.
  • Tightly secure the bottom bowl to the elbow leg using 4 M6x40 screws (B) and 4 M6 lock nuts (E). Do not fully tighten the screws at this time.

Step 8: A helper is needed for this step.

  • Align holes on the assembled side shelf (08) with holes on the bottom bowl as shown.
  • Insert 2 M6x50 screws(C)through holes on a bottom bowl and side shelf bracket short (09) into the side shelf(08). Secure using 2 M6 lock nuts (E) as shown.

Step 9

  • Attach side shelf brackets long (10) to below holes in leg brackets as shown in the illustration and using 4 M6x40 screws (B). Secure using 4 M6 lock nuts (E).
  • Attach side shelf brackets long (10) to side shelf using 2 M6x10 screws (A).

Step 10

  • Align the grill lid (11) with the bottom bowl as shown.
  • Secure the grill lid (11) to the bottom bowl using 2 M6x20 screws (14).

Step 11

  • Do not over-tighten. The air vent should move freely.
  • Attach air vent (16) to a bottom bowl using M6x10 screw (A) and M6 Cap nut (02) as shown.
  • Attach brand (06) to grill lid (11) by inserting 2 M5 lock nuts (E) and 2 M5 flat washers (G).

Step 12

  • Attach smoke stack (01)to grill lid and secure with 2 M6x10 screws (A) and 2 M6 lock nuts (E) as shown.
  • Screw out spring (03) and M6 cap nut (03) from a smokestack (01).
  • Secure smoke stack cap (04)to smoke stack with spring (03) and M6 cap nut (02) as shown.

Note that the smokestack is inserted from inside the grill lid.

Step 13

  • Screw out the wing nut from the thermometer (06).
  • Insert the thermometer (06)through a slotted hole in the grill lid.
  • Secure the thermometer (06)to the lid with a wing nut.

Step 14

  • Attach handle (17) to grill lid using 2 M6 flat washers (G) and 2 M6 lock nuts (E)。

Step 15

  • Insert cooking grid (12) and charcoal grid (13) into the bottom bowl.

Safe Storage And Maintenance

  • Inspect hardware tightness regularly to ensure the grill is in safe working condition.
  • ALWAYS allow the grill to cool completely before handling.
  • ALWAYS empty the charcoal pan after use only when the ashes have completely cooled.
  • This will help prolong the charcoal pan’s life.
  • Clean grill, including special surfaces such as cooking grates with mild cleaning agents.
  • Wipe the outside of the grill with a damp rag. DO NOT use oven cleaner.
  • ALWAYS cover and store cold grill in a protected area.
  • Indoor storage of the grill is permissible only if the charcoal has burned to complete ash AND is cold. Remember to remove cold ashes before storing them.
  • The grill is made of steel and may rust over time. If rusting occurs on outside surfaces, clean are with sandpaper or steel wool, then cover them with heat-resistant paint.
  • If rusting occurs on the inside surface of the grill, clean the area with sandpaper or steel wool, then coat it with cooking oil.
  • NEVER USE PAINT ON INSIDE SURFACES OFGRILL.

Grilling Instructions and Tips

  1. Preheat the cooking grid for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Before heating the grid, lightly coat the cooking grid with cooking oil to prevent food from sticking.
  3. Your grill is equipped with a lid vent to vary the cooing heat. Grasp the vent lever with a gloved hand or metal pliers and rotate the vent to increase the opening to raise the heat. Decrease vent opening to lower heat.
  4. The ash catcher on this grill is equipped with a damper door on each side to vary cooking heat. Use metal pliers to grasp the damper door tab and slide the door to increase the hole opening to raise the heat. Decrease opening to lower heat.

WARNING: To avoid injury, DO NOT touch the lid vent or damper with bare hands unless the grill is completely cool. Use gloved hand or metal pliers to adjust lid vent openings. Use metal pliers to adjust damper openings.

Maintenance and Storage
Allow ashes and coals to completely cool before moving your grill. Always empty ashes and charcoal before storing. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning. Clean with hot, soapy water and rinse completely. Use a wire brush if necessary on the cooking grid.
WARNING: To ensure that it is safe to eat, food must be cooked to the minimum internal temperatures listed in the table below.
