Product Usage Instructions
- Check your phone’s Bluetooth list to ensure the earbuds are not already connected.
- If they are connected, delete or remove the device from the list and turn off Bluetooth searching on your phone.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Repeat the pairing steps on your device to connect the earbuds.
USER MANUAL
- Power on: Take both earbuds out of the charging case
- Power off: Put both earbuds into the charging case
- Pairing the earbuds with each other: Take both earbuds out of the charging case, both earbud’s indicator light blinks alternately, then wait for the two earbuds to automatically pair with each other first (IMPORTANT). Once paired, only one earbud’s indicator light blinks alternately. Now the earbuds are ready to connect to your device.
- After the first successful connection, the next time just take the earbuds out of the charging case, the earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to the connected device.
- Play/pause: Press the L/R button once to play or pause music
- Previous/Next songs: Double press the L/R button to change the music
- Answer incoming call/End call: Double press the L/R button to answer the incoming call. During the call, double-press the button to End the call.
- Reject call: Long press the L/R button about 4 seconds to reject the call
- Voice assistant: Trible press the L/R button to control the voice assistant.
Note: your device needs to support this feature.

Why only one earbud can play music

Please check the list on your phone first to see if the earbuds have been connected before. If there is, please delete or remove all the devices you connected from the list first and turn off the searching function on your phone( NOT disconnect, but to delete it )

Put the earbuds into the charging case.
Then repeat the pairing steps. -
If the problem cannot be solved by 1), please take both earbuds out of the charging case, press the L/R buttons 6 times at the same time, the earbuds’s indicator light will flash quickly, and then put the earbuds into the chargeing case.

How to change the language of the voice prompt to English?
When the voice prompt is in another language, disconnect the earbuds from the phone or delete/remove the device you connected from the list, the earbuds will into pairing mode, then press the button 5 times to switch the language to English. -
The device asks for a driver/Cannot pair up
Ensre your phone allows new connections and has not reached the maximum number of allowed devices. And can only be used with smart phones (for IOS, and Android), not suitable for PC, TV, and game consoles. Some laptops can be directly connected to use, if prompted to download the driver or some applications, it is not compatible. -
Why can I not use the hand-free function?
Answer calls by operating the earbuds instead of the cell phone. If you click to answer a call on your cell phone, the built-in microphone of your cell phone is used by default.
The use of WhatsApp, Skype, Wechat, and other communication software may be affected by the cell phone network quality of the call. -
Why can I not operate the function on the earbuds?
This feature needs the device to be paired with the earbuds to support AVRCP (Audio/Video remote control profile). Please ensure your device supports this.
