From Main Fabric:

Sew and Quilt

  1. With right sides together, sew the two Quilted Set A main fabric pieces together on one short end with a ½” seam, making a 6-1/2” x 48” piece. Press seam open.
  2. In the same manner, join the two Quilted Set A lining pieces to make a 6-1’2” x 48” piece.
  3. Layer the Quilted Set A pieces of main fabric, lining fabric and Soft & Stable together and pin.
  4. In the same manner, layer and pin the Quilted Set B pieces and the Quilted Set C pieces.
  5. Quilt each set as desired using a medium-length stitch. You will have three quilted pieces, one each for the Set A: zipper strip, Set B: back strip, Set C: lid strips and base.
