Product Usage Instructions
Instructions for the User of Winvac
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using Winvac because it is unsafe to start using the device before reading the whole manual. The instructions on the following pages will show you how to use and care for your Winvac in a general manner. You should be particularly familiar with the prescription information and precautions before proceeding.
Indication for Use
Vacuum module is used to hold the electrodes connected to it. It is interconnected with the WinStim, which is an electro-therapy device with different electrotherapy treatments.
Contraindications
- Drink at least 16 oz of water within the hour preceding your wrap. Electrolyte water helps rehydrate your body and replenish electrolytes for optimum hydration.
- Eat something light within the hour proceeding to ensure some nutrients are in your system.
Precautions
Make sure the power cord is in good condition before using. If there are cuts and tears in the cord, do not use.
Adverse Reaction
- Vacuum leads to red marks, swelling, and bruising as blood is drawn to the surface of the skin.
- Therapists might perform massage therapy and hydration to assist in the healing of these marks.
- Long sessions in Vacuum cups can result in the development of rashes and acne.
Descriptions
The unit WinVac is provided with various accessories including AC Cord, Vacuum Electrodes, Vacuum Leads, Round Sponge, Lead Wire, QRF, Patient Safety Switch, Stand Accessories WinVac Acrylic, Water Exit Pipe, Water Reservoir, and Bag Oval Black.

The precautionary instructions found in this section and throughout this manual are indicated by specific symbols. Understand these symbols and their definitions before operating this equipment. The definitions of these symbols are as follows:
DANGER
Text with a “CAUTION” indicator will explain possible Safety infractions that
could have the potential to cause minor to moderate injury or damage to
equipment.
WARNING
Text with a “WARNING” indicator will explain possible Safety infractions that
will potentially cause serious injury and equipment damage.
DANGER
Text with a “DANGER” indicator will explain possible safety infractions that
are imminently hazardous situations that would result in death or serious
injury.
NOTE: Throughout this manual, “NOTE” may be found. These Notes are
helpful information to aid in the particular area or function being described.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER OF WINVAC
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using Winvac because it
is unsafe to start using the device before reading the whole manual. The
instructions on the following pages will show you how to use and care for your
Winvac in a general manner. You should be particularly familiar with the
prescription information and precautions before proceeding.
CAUTION: Use carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over
sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended
use of the Vacuum by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous. Do
not modify or tamper with this device without authorization from the
manufacturer.
Warnings

Danger
Improper handling or use of the device may result in high risk of death or serious injury.
- Patient with implanted Neuro-stimulation device must not be treated with Vacuum as it may cause tissue damage.
- Do not alter, change or disassemble the product. – Doing so may cause the product to malfunction and risks electric shock and fire.
- Make sure to use the proper voltage for your country. – Improper voltage may cause the product to break or risks electric shock and fire.
Indication for Use
Vacuum module is use to hold the electrodes connected to it. It is
interconnected with the WinStim that is electro-therapy device having
different electrotherapy treatments.
Contraindications
- Do not use the Winvac if your skin is insensitive to temperature change.
- If using the Winvac for a long period of time, check your skin to make sure there are no burns or blisters. Stop using the Winvac if burns or blisters occur.
- If you have the following conditions, do not use the Winvac.
- Person with organ transplants
- Person with high fever
- Person with cognitive disability
- Person with skin problems on the area of use
- Person with acute disease, acute tumor, the visually impaired, and any heart problems
- If you have the following conditions, do not use the Winvac unless directed by a physician.
- Person with immobility
- Person with internal pacemaker/defibrillator
- Person with Adrenal Suppression Disorders, Addison’s Disease, Adrenal Insufficiency, Systematic Lupus Erythematosus, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
- Person with bypass surgery
- Person with diabetes
- Person with high blood pressure (hypertension)
- Infants
- Person who is pregnant/expectant – Person who recently received radiation/chemotherapy
- Person with surgical or silicone implants
- If you have the following conditions, use the Winvac with caution (no heat/negative ions only).
- Person with fever
- Person with joint injuries
- Person with insensitivity to heat
- Any person who is sick or pregnant/expectant should consult with a physician before using the Winvac.
- Do not use the Winvac if you have an external pacemaker.
Precautions
- Do not run, stand, or place heavy objects on the Winvac.
- Do not alter, change or disassemble the product.
- Before using the product, inspect the power cord to make sure there is no damage to it.
- Do not plug the Winvac into a power strip with other devices. Problems may occur. Plug the Winvac into a dedicated outlet.
- Stop using the Winvac if it is not functioning properly.
- If there is a power outage, turn off the power and disconnect the plug.
- If you do not feel well because of the Winvac, stop using it and consult with a physician.
- Before using the product, inspect the Patient switch to make sure there is no damage to it.
- When the Winvac is not in use, unplug it and store it in a dry area without humidity.
- Unplugthe Winvac before cleaning it. Use a vacuum to remove the dust on the Winvac’s surface and use a soft dry fabric to wipe the Device.
- Be sure the plug is firmly connected to the outlet before operating.
- Make sure the power cord is in good condition before using. If there are cuts and tears in the cord do not use.

DESCRIPTIONS
WinVac is a advance Vaccum therapy unit.
WinVac provides easy electrode positioning using vaccum electrodes. Fixing of
vaccum electrodes are easy and simple rather than usual rubber electrodes.
Vaccum makes good contact over the skin.These electrodes provide massage
effect from pulsed vaccum resulting good flow of blood in the treatment
area.Winvac provides Continuous and pulsed mode of operation, which can be
easily changed from one to another by simple turns of potmeter. It is
interconnected with the electro- therapy device having different
electrotherapy treatments. Vaccum electrodes are made up of Bio-compatible
rubber and can be fixed in the Body where fixing of rubber electrodes finds
difficult.

INDICATIONS AND CONTROLS
Note: In pulse mode, pulse duration is linearly variable from 1 to 6 sec. In continuous mode, constant vacuum is there.
HOW TO OPERATE
Installation
- Keep the Vacuum device on a stable surface. Connect Patient switch before connecting power supply.
- Connect the AC cord into a grounded wall outlet that has 110-220 VAC, 50/60Hz. Your power supply must match the voltage requirements.
- Insert one end of water exit pipe into hose nipple and other end into
- water reservoir.
Insert AC cord to input socket on the back of the device and press the rocker Switch to Turn ON the device
Prepare skin for treatment
Clean properly the area to be treated removing the dirt and get the skin ready
for the Treatment.
To Start Treatment
- Before start treatment ensure that the water reservoir should be empty.
- Connect the lead wire from output socket of Winstim to input socket of Digital Vacuum at back Side. (red to red and black to black).
- Insert the vacuum cup lead wire into the vacuum Output channel (1/2 or both).
- Power up vacuum unit using AC (240V) supply.
- Turn On the WinVac device & WinStim by rocker switch of both device to turn-on the device.
- Wet the vacuum sponge with water
- Squeeze soaked sponge properly.
- Apply it to the treatment area with vacuum cups.
- Now slightly increase the pressure of vacuum so that vacuum cups can hold the treatment area properly.
- Select the mode of treatment (Pulsed/Continuous) by Rotating the Mode Selection knob.
- Now, Start the treatment by selecting Interferential therapy from WinStim.
- In order to increase the intensity, rotate encoder (Intensity Knob) from min to max.
- In case of emergency if there is need to stop the treatment then use the patient switch which is already given to patient to handle through his hand. By pressing button you can start or stop the treatment
- After completion of treatment, soak the sponges in warm water.
MAINTENANCE

Clean the metal surface in the vacuum electrode at least once a week.Do not use any abrasive cleaner.

Electrodes and sponges should be cleaned with lukewarm water.In case of persistant dirt and disinfection use 70% alcohol solution.

Keep the unit properly covered, when not in use. This will help to keep out of dust.

Calcium scale will be deposited on the metal surface of the electrodes.
This has an insulating effect. To get the optimum conductivity, clean and polish the metal surface of the electrodes. -
Check the cables regulary for damages and/or poor contacts.
Caution: Do not store the unit in a damp environment. Dampness may affect device and cause rust.
WARRANTY
This product warranty extends to the original consumer /purchaser of the
product.
Warranty duration
This product is warranted to the original consumer for a period of one (1)
year from the original purchase date.
Warranty coverage
This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship. This
warranty ceases if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment,
unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, and
repair by unauthorized personnel. This warranty does not extend to any units
which are used in violation furnished by manufacturer, or to units which have
been altered or modified, or to damage to products or parts there of which
have the serial number removed, altered or defaced or rendered illegible. The
warranty doesn’t cover normal wear & tear or replacement of electrode cables,
electrodes and other accessories.
Warranty disclaimers
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no
representative or person is authorized to assume for manufacturer/ any other
liable in connection with the sale of our products. There shall be no claims
for defects or failure of performance or product failure/ any theory of tort,
contract or commercial law including, but not limited in negligence, gross
negligence, and strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or
consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
The manufacturer is not responsible or liable for indirect special or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use performance
of the product or other damage with respect to loss of property or loss
revenues or profit.
Legal remedies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights that vary from state to state.
Warranty performance
During the above one-year warranty period, a product with a defect will be
repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable unit at distributor’s
option when the product is returned to the distributor. The repaired or
replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one-year
warranty period and an additional one-month period. No charge will be made for
such repair or replacement.
Consumer service
For in warranty service for a product covered under the warranty period, no
charge is made for service and return postage. Please return the product
insured, packed with sufficient protection, postage insurance, prepaid to the
address. Customer’s duty/brokerage fee, if any, must be paid by the consumer.
Out of warranty service
There will be charges rendered for repairs made to the product after the
expiration of the aforesaid one (1) year warranty period, after purchaser is
advised appropriately.
The distributor cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during
shipment. For your protection, carefully pack the product for shipment and
insure it with the carrier. Ensure that you return the unit and accessories
related to your problem and also that you indicate full return address. Also
send a copy of sales receipt or other proof of purchase to determine warranty
status. C.O.D. shipments cannot be accepted.
