INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CORDLESS CLASSIC CELLULAR SHADES
Notes:
- Save packaging until shade is installed and working to your satisfaction. Please be careful not to throw away the small clear plastic handles.
- Shades are shipped with the appropriate number of brackets and hardware
- For drywall, metal, or special cases, you may need wall anchors (not provided).
- Due to compression in shipping, the shade may initially hang slightly short. After installation, stretch the shade by running your hands over the fabric from top to buttom; the shade will stretch to desired length.
Step 1: Mount the brackets.
-
a. Brackets can be used for Inside Mount (inside the window frame, secured upwards into the frame) or Outside Mount (secured into the wall above the window frame). Notice the label on the shade to see which you’ve ordered.
-
b. For an Inside Mount, place each bracket ¼” from the front edge of your window frame. Mark the placement using a pencil, using only the single hole in the top of the bracket. Secure the brackets using the screws provided.
-
c. For an Outside Mount, place each bracket in the desired location on the wall. Mark the placement using a pencil, using the 2 holes in the side of the bracket. Secure the brackets using the screws provided.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the brackets are all in line and level.
