Notice
Thank you for purchasing our product! This product is installed with Google’s Android smart operating system. This user’s guide briefly introduces the various functions of the product, so that you can maneuver freely and fully experience the value of the product to bring you enjoyment. Please read this guide carefully before use.
- Please purchase a 5V/2A adapter for the charger.
- Notice that new batteries will only reach optimal performance after two or three full charge and discharge cycles.
- If the machine is not used for a long period of time, please charge the machine every three months, and then turn off the machine after a full charge.
- You need to precharge it with the charger for more than 30 minutes before it shows the charging status for the machines which are not used for a long time.
- It is recommended that users back up the important data regularly, especially before firmware upgrade or product maintenance. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the loss of data.
- This product is a high-precision electronic products, please do not disassemble it.
- Avoid strong falls and collisions with this product. Avoid water splash.
- Do not use the product under following circumstances: high temperature, low air pressure, low temperature, humidity, dusty, strong magnetic field, and long-term exposure to sunlight. It is strangely recommended that you use the product in an environment where the altitude is below 3000 meters above sea level, 0° to 35°C, and the humidity is 5% to 95%.
- Please use the batteries, chargers and accessories which are permitted by the manufacturer. Using other types of accessory is a violation of the warranty, it may cause danger.

Turning the tablet on and off

Press the power button for 3 seconds until the LCD screen turns on.
The tablet can be used when the home screen appears -
Press and hold the power button until the Device Options menu appears Click”OK” to turn off the tablet
Turning the screen on/off (sleep mode)

When the tablet is on, you can turn off the screen to save battery power.
Press the power button once to turn the screen off. Press the power button again to turn the screen back on. -
To save battery power, the screen can be set to turn off automatically when the tablet is not in use (between 1 and 30 minutes). This screen timeout option can be found in the Display menu
Home Screen

Back: Press this key to view the previous operation display.

Home: Press to go to the Home screen.

Background: Press this key to view applications running in the background.
Existing idle applications may provide better performance. -
Application Panel Press this button to view all available applications.
Wallpaper
Press and hold your finger on any blank space on the home screen and you
will see a pop-up menu; You can choose wallpapers from the gallery or
downloaded files or from the wallpapers listed as options; Set your favorite
wallpaper as wallpaper.
Widgets
Tap and hold your finger on any blank space on the home screen and you will
see a pop-up menu with widgets.
TIPS
- You can create a new folder on the Home screen by clicking on one icon and moving to the top of the other. Open the folder; click Unnamed Folder to rename the folder.
- Swipe vertically down from the top of the display to access the quick notification menu.
Screen Lock
Here is the w;ry to set it Tap – Settings – Security – Screen security –
select Screen lock and then select a pattern from None, Swipe, Pattern, PIN
and Password. You can create a backup PIN as a security measure in case you
forget your password.

Applications
To start an application, tap the application icon on the home screen or in the
launcher, you can tap the icon at the top of the home screen to go to the
launcher screen, which is shown below for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify and improve the final list of applications
available on the tablet.
Installation of the application
You can also download and install additional applications from the device’s
application marketplace, web browser, or other sources. The tablet must be set
to allow installation of applications from non-market sources. The Unknown
Sources option can be set in the Application Settings menu.
Notes:
- If there are fees for related applications, users shall bear all costs themselves.
- The manufacturer/seller is not responsible for applications that are not compatible with the device.
- In some cases, the application panel may not have an icon after the application is installed. Possible reasons for this may be that the application is not compatible with your operating system or the downloaded file is corrupted, so you may need to download the full version. If you install and use an operating system that is not supplied by the manufacturer, this may cause your device to malfunction and therefore your device will no longer be covered by the warranty in such cases.
Connect to WIFI
- Tap the “Settings” icon to enter the Settings list interface, and then tap to select ”WLAN” or “Wi-Fi” to enter the Wi-Fi setting menu.
- Flip the switch to turn on the wi-fi function and the system will automatically scan the attached wi-fi hotspot signal.
- Select the wi-fi signal you want to connect to, enter the corresponding password and click “Connect”.
Setting Up Your Browser
You can use the preinstalled browser or download another browser of your
choice. Clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the browser page
opens a sub-menu for more detailed settings.
Navigation
Click on the browser icon to open the browser. You can quickly access the
website by entering the URL on the on-screen keyboard. The website has been
optimized for viewing on your actual device.
Bookmarks
- Click “A” on any web page to add a bookmark. You can then click OK to save or rename the site.
- Click to view bookmarked sites, your saved pages, and your browsing history.
- To delete a bookmark, go to the Bookmarks page and click and hold the bookmark you want to delete. Click Delete Bookmark. In the Delete confirmation window, click OK.
A cookie placed on your device by a website during navigation contains some site-specific information. It can also contain some personal information (such as usernames and passwords) which, if not managed correctly, may pose a security risk. You can clear these cookies from your device at any time. Go to the home page and press , Settings – Privacy and security – Clear all cookie data.
Connecting to Bluetooth devices

Turn on Bluetooth
You must pair your device with another device before you can transfer files between them. Under “Settings”, select “Bluetooth”. Tap Bluetooth to “On” and the Bluetooth indicator will light up in the status bar. It will start searching for available devices nearby. If you need to rescan, click on the menu in the upper right corner and then click “Refresh”. -
Scanning device
After scanning, a list of all available Bluetooth devices in range will appear.
If the device you want to pair with is not in the list, make sure the other device is turned on and set to discover. -
Pairing with Bluetooth devices
Click on “KT802” to pair with the name of an available Bluetooth device.
On the target device, you will see the “Bluetooth Pairing Request” dialog box.
Click “Pairing” and it will show you the paired devices.
Device reset
You can reset your tablet if necessary. For example, if you have forgotten
your tablet’s password or PIN, you can reset your tablet. This will erase all
information from your tablet and return your device to factory mode.
Warning If you perform a hard reset, all user applications and user data will be deleted. Please remember to back up all important data before performing a hard reset.Connect your tablet to a computer to transfer files:

- Connect your tablet to the computer. Use the supplied USB cable: Plug the small end of the cable into the USB 2.0 Hi-Speed connector on your tablet.
- With the tablet connected, slide the USB icon down and tap the USB Connected icon.
- Install the storage. Tap the button Transfer Files (MTP) to install the tablet’s built-in storage. Once installed, you can copy files to and from the tablet.

Troubleshooting
- The device could not turn on.
- Reboot the device after 10 minutes of charging.
- If your device is in sleep mode, press the power button briefly to check if it lights up.
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- If there is a reset button on your actual device, press the reset button with a thumbtack to initiate a hard reset.
- The device is not charging.
- If the device is completely drained, leave the device powered on for 30 minutes.
- Check and make sure the charger is properly plugged into the charging port.
- Try another outlet or compatible charger.
- An error message appears during operation.
- Uninstall the application with the error message and download and install it again. You can also update certain applications that have errors.
- Delete the system through system reset and clear it to factory mode.
- PC cannot detect the device.
- Make sure your device is “on”.
- Try using another USB cable.
- Connecting your device to a different port on the PC
- The device cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
- Ensure that Wi-Fi is set to “ON”.
- Unplug the Wi-Fi router, wait 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
- Select “Show Password” when entering the password to ensure that the correct password is entered.
- Check to make sure there are no filter settings or device connection restrictions on your device. Router settings.
- Forget the original Wi-Fi connection, reset the Wi-Fi router and reconnect.
- Not enough storage space.
- Delete infrequently used apps to save some space.
- Clean device cache regularly: Settings–Applications–Click Apps and clear cache or data.
- Install a third-party system cleaner program.
- Restore the tablet to factory settings to clear all data.
- Get an expansion memory card to expand.
