- Swipe down in the main interface to view the control interface, click to turn on/off the LIGHT
Watch Charging
- This product is magnetic charging.
- One end of the charging cable is connected to the charging adapter via USB, and the other end is attached to the contact point on the back of the watch.
- The watch screen will display the charging indication, and the charging will start.
Note: Connect the USB interface to the charger with an output current of 1A or above or the USB interface of the computer for charging.
Download Installation APP
- Use your mobile phone to scan the QR code below, download and install the APP, or use an Android phone to go directly to the App Store, or use an Apple phone to go directly to the Apple Store, and search for “FitCloudPro” to download and install.
Mobile phone system requirements
- Android 5.0 and above
- IOS 11.0 or above
Connect the Watch
- Scan code connection: open the “Device” column under the “FitCloudPro” APP in the mobile phone, click to add the binding device on the top right of the device, and the QR code in the scan watch is paired and bound
- Manual connection: After the mobile phone turns on wireless, enter the “Device” column under the “FitCloudPro” APP, click Add Device, and manually connect the device by hand.
- Before pairing, ensure that the power of the watch is above 20% to avoid pairing due to insufficient power
- During the pairing connection, ensure that the wireless of the mobile phone is turned on, the call audio of the watch, and the media audio open
- To turn off call audio, and media audio, click the phone icon to turn it on and off
- If the watch is not connected to the mobile phone APP for a long time or the power is cut off for a long time, the time will be inaccurate, APP synchronization required
Functions on Smart Watch
- Smartwatch supports Answering/making calls, message notifications, sleep information, breathing exercises, weather, sports modes, remote photography, music control, etc.
FitCloudPro APP Function
- wireless data transmission: When connected to the mobile phone, the watch will instantly synchronize data with the mobile phone through wireless, such as weather, notification messages, sports and health data, etc. These data will not be synchronized after disconnecting or turning off wireless.
- Watch faces: Over 100 watch faces to choose from, you could download and custom watch face on the FitCloudPro App
- Notifications: Turn on the switch to sync related information to the smartwatch (Phone, Messages, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram, Skype, Kakao Talk, Line, Others)
Matters needing attention
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product without authorization
- Do not collide the product violently to avoid product damage.
- Please avoid using it in strong magnetic fields, direct light or high-temperature environments.
- This product is not used for disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
Common problem handling
The watch cannot be switched on
- Please fix the power key for more than 3 seconds
- The battery may be too low, please charge it in time. wireless is not connected or cannot be connected
- Please try to restart the watch and reconnect.
- Please try to restart the mobile phone wireless and connect again.
- The mobile phone should not be connected to other wireless devices at the same time.
Inaccurate measurement of heart rate/blood pressure/blood oxygen/ECG
- It is generally caused by poor contact between the sensor of the watch and the human body during measurement.
- Please pay attention to the full contact between the sensor and wrist when measuring.
- Keep your body still and watch close to your wrist during measurement
- For people with darker skin color and more hair on their arms, please enable enhanced measurement in the App [Equipment> Enhanced Measurement].
