In order to get maximum efficiency from your appliance, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the Arzum Hot Air Fryer is suitable for the mains voltage in your home. Our company cannot be held responsible for failures caused by any incompatibility and these failures are not covered by the warranty.
• Your appliance is for home use only. Do not use outdoors for commercial or industrial purposes. Designed not to be used in environments such as staff kitchens of shops, offices, farms or other workspaces. It is also not suitable for use by customers in hotels, motels, hostels and other accommodation areas.
• To prevent damage to your appliance, please do not use extension cables that do not provide enough current.
• Care should be taken with children to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved in using the appliance. Children should not play with the appliance

• Make sure that the appliance is placed on a horizontal, level and stable surface.
• Always allow 30 minutes to cool down before using or cleaning the appliance.
• Do not operate any appliance that has a damaged cable or plug, or that has been broken or otherwise damaged in any way. e g by dropping, etc Do not attempt to repair it yourself.

On/Off

• When the hot air fryer is plugged in, a tone sounds, the control panel lights up and then goes out
• When the control panel goes out, only the on/off button lights up. The panel is activated by pressing this button
• Touch the menu key to enter the function selection mode
• While the hot air fryer is running, touch the start/pause/stop icon to return to Standby Mode

Time Setting

• Use the buttons to set the cooking time

Touch the function button in Standby Mode to select preset cooking functions
Start/ Pause/ Stop

• After setting the function parameters, touch the Start/Pause/Stop button to start operation
• During operation, touch the Start/Pause/Stop button to pause the operation

Before Use

• Remove all packaging material and labels inside and outside the air fryer.
• Clean the bowl and oil collector with water and a non-abrasive sponge
• Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a clean cloth
• During first use, the fryer may emit a slight odor This is normal and will not affect the flavor of the dish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Plug the cable into the socket An audible warning will sound, the control panel will light up.

2. Press the button and all icons will light up on the LCD screen

3. To select one of the preset cooking features on the air fryer, first touch the start/pause/stop button to display the menu. Then tap the menu button. Pressing the Menu button displays all 8 presets.
   NOTE : Regardless of the preset selected, you can adjust the time and temperature at any point before and during operation

4. Place your food in the deep fryer Press the button and the unit will start to operate. The LCD display will toggle between remaining time and cooking temperature

5. With the Symbol, toggle between the start/pause/stop buttons

6. When you press the button, the unit will stop and return to standby mode

DISPLAY RULES

1. Standby status:
   When the hot air fryer is connected to the power supply, the buzzer sounds and the Power Saving mode is switched on

2. Function selection:

   • When you touch the menu button in Standby Mode, all relevant function buttons will light up
   • Select the desired function, then touch the Start/Pause/Stop button to start cooking

3. 0perating status of each function:

   • Select the desired function, then touch the Start/Pause/Stop button to start cooking
   • When cooking is complete, it will beep 3 times and then the appliance will switch to power saving mode
   • The heating element and fan do not operate in any way after the cooking chamber has been removed
   • The countdown stops when you touch the Pause button
   • The maximum time on the display is 60 minutes
   • When the air fryer is running, you cannot change other menus

4. Flipping tips:

   • Potatoes and Vegetables should be stirred quarterly,
   • Meat, fish, and chicken should be stirred halfway through,
   • Cupcakes/Bread should be cooked without stirring

5. Automatic Standbye Mode:
   This appliance has an automatic shut-off function If you do not press a button within 20 minutes, the appliance switches off automatically Press the On/Off button to switch the appliance off manually

Cooking Recommendations
The temperatures and cooking times in the table are for guidance only

• It depends on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the ingredients  used. .
• If the air fryer is not preheated, add 3 minutes to the required time setting
• You can cook by using heat-resistant silicone, paper, etc cake molds 1ns1de the bowl
• There are some foods that you may need to shake halfway through the cooking cycle To do this, pull the bowl out of the appliance bLJ the handle, the air fryer will automatically turn off and shake the bowl to turn the food
• Small foods usually have a shorter cooking time than larger foods
• Shaking smaller foods halfway through the cooking time will give you a better result
• Adding a little oil to the fresh potatoes and frying them will give a crispy result
• Do not prepare high-fat foods such as sausages in the air fryer.
• The recommended amount of cut potatoes to prepare crispy fries is 200-500 grams
• You can also use the air fryer to heat your food You can heat at S0°C for 1-30 minutes

How to clean and maintain

• Before LJOU start cleaning your hot airfryer, make sure it is not plugqed In. Turn the time and temperature settings to off and allow the fryer to cool down for a few minutes 1f It Is still hot
• Allow the inside of the appliance to cool down before cleaning
• Remove the bowl, we recommend washing the bowl by hand
• You can wash your bowl with the handle
• The oil collector and the inside of the appliance are coated with non­stick material. To avrnd damage to this non-stick coating, do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning agents.

Note : For easy cleaning, add a little water to the bowl of your air fryer before cooking

It prevents excess fat and water from drying or burninq on the bowl during cooking of recipes such as meat and fish

• Please pour out the remaining oil in the bowl after each use
• Please do not use excessively corrosive detergents
• Please do not scrub the air fryer vigoroushcJ, otherwise the coating will be damaged
