Warning

To reduce the risk of physical injury, electric shock, fire, and other hazards, follow these safety precautions:

1. Read all instructions before using the product and its accessories.
2. Follow all warnings and instructions carefully. This product contains electrical connections and moving parts that can pose a risk of injury.
3. Check the packaging contents to ensure all components are present before use.
4. Turn off the product and unplug it before cleaning or disassembling any parts. Disconnect by pulling the plug, not the cord.
5. Follow all cleaning instructions provided in this manual.
6. Inspect the paddle for damage before each use. If damaged, do not use and contact customer service for a replacement.
7. Do not use the product outdoors. It is designed for indoor use only.
8. Do not use the product if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
9. Do not use extension cords with this product.
10. To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
11. Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from the paddle and other moving parts.
12. Do not freeze the containers at an angle. Containers must be placed flat in the freezer.
13. Do not use the product to grind ingredients.
14. Do not transport the product by the handle of the outer container. Hold the product by both sides of the base.
15. Do not use the product if the paddle is bent or damaged.
16. Do not process solid blocks of ice or hard ingredients.
17. Do not use the product to process hot liquids.
18. Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.

Before First Use

Important:  Read all warnings before use.

1. Remove all packaging materials from the unit.
2. Wash the containers, lids, and paddle with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to clean the paddle. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow to air dry.
3. Clean the control panel with a damp cloth.

Features

• Power Button: Use to turn the unit on and off.
• Installation Light: Ensures the container is properly installed. If the light is off, check the container installation.
• Countdown Timer: Displays the remaining time for the selected program.
• “Add Mix-Ins” Light: Indicates when to add mix-ins to your recipe.

Processing Modes

Select the processing mode before choosing a program. For full container processing, press “FULL”. For top half processing, press “TOP”. For bottom half processing, press “BOTTOM”.

Note:  To interrupt an active program, press the selector again.

One-Touch Programs

• Ice Cream : Creates traditional ice cream recipes.
• Lite Ice Cream : Creates lower-calorie ice cream recipes.
• Sorbet : Creates fruit-based sorbets.
• Gelato : Creates Italian-style gelato (not available on all models).
• Frozen Yogurt : Creates frozen yogurt recipes.
• Milkshake : Creates milkshakes.
• Frozen Drink : Creates frozen drinks.
• Slushie : Creates slushies from juices and syrups.
• Mix-In : Mixes in additional ingredients.
• Re-Spin : Re-spins the mixture for a smoother texture.

Freezing Tips

• For best results, set your freezer temperature between -12°C and -20°C.
• Do not freeze the container at an angle. Place it flat in the freezer.
• Allow the base to freeze for at least 24 hours before processing.
• Use the outer container to transport the CREAMi Deluxe container from the freezer.

Using the CREAMi Deluxe

Important:  Read all warnings before use.

1. Add ingredients to the CREAMi Deluxe container. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
2. If using frozen ingredients, ensure they are fully frozen before processing.
3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
4. Insert the container into the outer container and place it on the motor base.
5. Turn the container clockwise to lock it in place.
6. Press the power button to turn on the unit.
7. Select the desired processing mode and program.
8. When the program is complete, remove the container and enjoy your creation.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

Note:  Before cleaning, ensure the paddle is removed from the lid.

Hand Washing

Wash the containers, lids, and paddle with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to clean the paddle. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow to air dry.

Dishwasher

All parts except the motor base are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of the dishwasher.

Motor Base

Unplug the motor base before cleaning. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Warning

To reduce the risk of injury, unplug the unit before troubleshooting.

• The unit moves during processing:  Ensure the work surface is clean and dry. Hold the unit steady during use.
• The frozen base is too soft or too hard:  Adjust the freezer temperature and ensure the base is frozen for at least 24 hours.
• The installation light is off:  Ensure the container is properly installed. If the light remains off, contact customer service.
• The paddle is stuck:  Ensure the container is properly installed. If the paddle remains stuck, contact customer service.
