Product Usage Instructions
Setup Steps
- Step 1: Connect the Power Cord to the Power Adapter. Plug it into the Meeting Owl and an outlet. The Power Indicator will illuminate when the Meeting Owl is on.
- Step 2: Connect the Meeting Owl to your computer using the USB-C Cable.
- Step 3: Place the Meeting Owl in the centre of the table at least 18 inches (0.5m) from the monitor/TV. Adjust placement as needed.
- Step 4: Download the Meeting Owl App from owllabs.com/download. Follow the app instructions to complete setup and registration.
Using the Meeting Owl
- Plug the Meeting Owl’s USB-C Cable into your computer and ensure it’s connected to power.
- Start a meeting on your video conferencing platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
- Set your conferencing software’s video, microphone, and speaker settings to “Meeting Owl”.
- The Meeting Owl will automatically focus on active speakers during the meeting.
Device Management
Administrators can manage all Owl Labs devices at
owllabs.com/nest. Get updates, troubleshoot issues,
and adjust settings remotely.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX
SETUP
STEP 1
Connect the Power Cord to the Power Adapter. Then, plug it into the Meeting
Owl and an outlet. The Power Indicator will illuminate when the Meeting Owl is
on.
STEP 2
Connect the Meeting Owl to your computer using the USB-C Cable.
STEP 3
Place the Meeting Owl in the centre of the table at least 18 inches (0.5m)
from the monitor/TV. Move it around to see what works best in your room.
STEP 4
Download the Meeting Owl App by visiting
owllabs.com/download. Follow the instructions
in the app to complete setup and register your Meeting Owl.
Use the Meeting Owl App to control the camera, customize the view, adjust settings, and more.
Pairing with another Owl device
