Safety precautions

The transformer, power supply or battery charger used with this electric toy
shall be regularly examined for damage to the supply cord, enclosure or other parts. In the event of damage, it shall not be used until the damage has been repaired.
This toy contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
This toy is only to be connected to equipment bearing either of the following symbols: or
The power delivered by the charger must be between min 0.75 Watts required by the radio equipment, and max 7.5 Watts in order to achieve the maximum charging speed.
Please do not use the KURIO SMARTWATCH if you have or had symptoms/signs of skin irritation. To reduce the potential for irritation please follow these simple measures: 1. Keep the watch and strap clean; 2. Keep them dry; 3. Don’t wear it too tight; 4. Give your wrist a rest by removing the watch for an hour after extended wear.
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the product or replace the batteries. This will invalidate the warranty. There is danger of explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly.
Use only the cable supplied with the KURIO SMARTWATCH for charging the battery. Do not damage or deform the magnetic pins or the USB port. If it is damaged or deformed, it may cause electric shock or malfunction when used. Charging should only be made by an adult or a child of 8 years of age and above.
If for any reason, the screen (display) is cracked or broken, stop using the product immediately.
Do not drop the product or subject it to severe impact.
Do not use and do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold). Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Avoid using the device near strong magnetic fields. If your KURIO SMARTWATCH has been exposed to magnetic fields, please restart the device, following the instructions in this manual if necessary.
The heart rate tracking is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition and should not be relied on for any medical purposes.
This product and charging cable includes magnets that may interfere with certain electronic medical devices such as pacemakers defibrillators. If you use such devices you should consult with your doctor prior to using the KURIO SMARTWATCH.
The watch supports waterproof and dustproof but:
- Do not use the watch under the strong pressure water.
- Do not use the watch when diving, snorkeling or other sports in turbulent water.
- Please dry your hands or watch fully before operating.
- If the watch is exposed to water, please dry it fully with a soft cloth. If it is exposed to other liquids (such as salt water, pool water, soap water, oil, perfume, sunscreen, hand sanitizer) or chemicals (such as cosmetics), please wash it with clean water and dry it fully with a soft cloth.
- Do not disassemble your watch. The waterproof and dustproof functions may be damaged.
- Do not use blowers and other heated equipment to dry the watch.
- The waterproof function may be damaged in sauna room.
Please keep the box and this manual for further reference. This manual may not reflect your actual device’s operation. All information is subject to change without prior notification. Please follow your actual device’s operational procedures.

Warnings:

Do not expose the device to flames.
If you feel discomfort or any pain using the KURIO SMARTWATCH, please stop using it.
If a small part is coming out of the watch, don’t try to remove it.
To clean up the screen, simply use a soft damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvent, aerosol spray or abrasive cleaners.

Getting Started

We recommend fully charging your device before use. A full charge takes about 1 hour and a half. To charge your KURIO SMARTWATCH, connect it to a USB port or a charger* with the Magnetic USB cable included that works by magnetic connection for easy use.

How long the battery lasts will depend on the device usage. More frequent usage drains the battery more quickly. Additionally, some activities require more battery consumption, such as games, activity tracking, Bluetooth®, etc. * Do not use a charger exceeding 5V 1A for charging. ** Never charge the battery if the watch or strap is wet or while wearing the product.

Once the watch is fully charged:

Turn on: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on. The time screen of the watch will be displayed after booting.
When the watch screen is OFF you can press the power button to wake up the screen. If the Motion Switch is ON in the settings, you can also wake up the screen by just turning the wrist.
Shut down: in Settings, press on System / Shut down and click to shut down OR press on the power button for few seconds to turn it off.

Note : For environmental reasons, this packaging does not contain a charger. This device can be recharged using most USB chargers.

Getting Started

Navigation

Swipe Left and Right / Up and Down to navigate through the menus. Press an icon to select it.

From the Time screen, swipe to right and display the games list.
From the Time screen, swipe to left 1 or 2 times to access the 2 pages of the Home menu
From the Time screen, swipe down and display the Battery, Bluetooth, Date, Brightness, Sports, Alarms, Settings icons.
From the Time screen, swipe up and display the Heart Rate menu. Swipe up again and display the Daily activity results storage information.

Bluetooth Connection

Turn on the Bluetooth connection on your mobile phone. Turn on your KURIO SMARTWATCH. In the app, look for “KURIO-“ into your bluetooth connections and select to pair. Once the connection is successful you will see this icon turning from red to green in the watch status bar.

Change the Watch Face

The KURIO SMARTWATCH comes with many attractive and useful watch faces to customize your watch.

You can choose between digital and analog watch faces. To choose one face, press and hold anywhere on the screen for 2 seconds to enter the Customization Mode. Swipe left or right to select different watch faces. Press the screen when you’ve found a watch face you’d like to select. You can also rotate the Home button up or down to pick a watch face.

Download and install the KURIO FIT App

You can set up the watch through the “KURIO FIT” App for iOS (IOS 13 and above) or Android devices (android 7 and above). You can download the app from Apple Store or Google Play Store

With the KURIO FIT app you will be able to:

Create multiple child profiles.
View stats for 5 sports: walking, running, hiking, cycling or others.
Monitor your heart beat*** per day and per hour
Monitor your sleep quality to keep track of your sleep cycles.
Set up to 5 alarms: Bedtime, time to eat, teeth brushing, homework and much more.
Choose from a large selection of watch faces, or create a new one with your own picture.

Basic Functions

Daily Activity
The watch will display the user’s total number of steps you have made during the day, walking distance, calories burned on the same day, and the data will be cleared at 0 o’clock (midnight) every day. Connect the watch to the app every day before midnight to keep record of your stats.

Sports Session
Sports function allows you to select between different sports modes such as walking, running, hiking, cycling and other sports. Record a session and keep track on the stats.

Sleep
If you have been wearing the watch during the night the watch will display the user’s sleep time of the previous night. (Sleep measure time from 8:30pm to 12:00 of next day).

Games
There are 4 great built-in games for hours of fun:
Toy Plane: Use one finger to go left and right to shoot obstacles to gain as many points as possible.
Space Game: Keep pressing with your finger to go up with the flying saucer and avoid obstacles. If you do not press with the finger, the flying saucer goes down.
Snake: Swipe up, down, left or right to give the direction to the snake and eat as many apples as possible. Be careful: if you touch the edge of the screen, you lose.
Tic Tac Toe: you can play in 1 or 2 player modes. Players take turns placing their X or O symbols in the squares, aiming to create a line of three symbols in a row to win the game.

Timer
You can use the KURIO SMARTWATCH as a chronometer (left up icon) or as a count down timer (right up icon)
Chronometer: Tap on the green icon to start and tap on the blue icon to stop. Tap on the red icon to reset to 0.
Count down timer: Choose the time you want to start count down from and tap the green icon. Tap the red icon to reset.

Stats
If you have done any sports and saved through the app, here you will find the information of your records. You can record up to 5 sport sessions in the smartwatch. Swipe left to delete one of them. Connect the watch to the app to keep track of them.

Heart Rate
To determine your heart rate, the optical heart-rate sensor under your KURIO SMARTWATCH flashes its green LEDs many times per second. Then your device calculates how many times your heart beats per minute (bpm). By default, the watch will update the heart rate every 20 minutes.
(This feature is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition and should not be relied on for any medical purposes)

Settings

Settings | Language: Includes the different languages you can choose from.

Date & Time: Set the Date and Time and chose your hour format.
Screen Display: Including Change Watch face, Brightness, Screen time, Motion Switch setting
Do not disturb: Set enter or exit do not disturb mode. Do not disturb mode: the watch will not vibrate except for the alarms.
Vibration: Set vibration intensity
Alarms: You can set up different alarms in the Kurio Fit app. When an alarm is set the watch will pop a reminder message and vibrate.
System: Including System version, Shut down, Reset settings.

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipments must not be disposed of with household waste,these ones must be collected and treated separately. Please check with your local authority to know the collecting areas.
