Product Usage Instructions
Upgrade Steps:
- Download the firmware from the official website.
- Prepare a USB disk with a USB-A port and ensure its memory is less than 32GB.
- Connect the USB disk to your laptop and format it to FAT32. Place the upgrade firmware in the root directory of the USB disk (ensure only one firmware file is present).
- Insert the USB disk into the C1-HUB via the USB-A port. The C1-HUB will detect the USB disk and initiate the upgrade process. The device will reboot automatically after upgrading.
- The C1-HUB will require two firmware upgrades: first, initialize with version HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.9.3.6, then upgrade to the final version HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.0.4.2.
- Once the upgrade is successful, connect the headset to the HUB one by one using a USB cable.

If Upgrade Fails or Issues Occur:
If the upgrade process fails consistently or if any unknown issues arise during upgrading, please contact support at support@hollyland- tech.comfor assistance.
Attention
- The USB disk memory must less than 32GB, otherwise, it can not format as FAT32.
- Make sure the HUB have enough power, please do not unplug the USB disk from the HUB before upgrading successfully.
- The HUB will reset automatically after being upgraded.
- There is the possibility of unknow issues when we upgrade the HUB, so pls do not upgrade the HUB when you need it onsite.
Upgrade steps
- Download the firmware
- Prepare one USB disk with a USB-A port with memory less than 32GB.
- Plug the USB disk into the laptop, format the USB disk to FAT32， and put the upgrade fi rmware into the root directory of the USB disk(make sure only one fi rmware inside)， please do not put it inside of any folder.
- Plug the USB disk into C1-HUB via the USB-A port, the C1-HUB will recognize the USB disk and start to upgrade, the Solidcom C1-HUB will reboot automatically after being upgraded.
- Solidcom C1-HUB will need to upgrade twice with different versions of firmware， upgrade the initialization version “ HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.9.3.6 ” at first， then upgrade the final version“ HLD_3_RRU_H000_S1.0.4.2 ”.
- After upgrading the HUB successfully, then connect the headset to the HUB one by one with USB cable.
