In the Package
- Step 1: Charge the Force Board Plug the Force Board into a USB charge plug using the USB cable.
- The device is charging when the RED LED is blinking
- The device has a full charge when the GREEN LED is constantly on
- Step 2: Turn on the Force Board Click the black slider switch to the ON position.
- Step 3: Use the Force Board Open the Force Board app on your mobile phone, define a workout, then perform the workout.
- The device will communicate with the app using Bluetooth BLE.
