OPERATING INTRUCTIONS
-
Step 1: Clean the machine before using it.
-
Step 2: Apply edible oil to the contact surface of the two grinding wheels before use.
-
Step 3: Select the correct material controller. Grinding sesame seeds uses Material Controller with control pieces, while grinding large granular materials such as peanuts does not use a material control device.
-
Step 4: Before use, adjust the adjustment handle clockwise one round to make the two grinding wheels apart.
-
Step 5: Power on the machine and ensure that the motor operates normally. If the motor does not rotate, turn off the power immediately and turn the adjustment handle clockwise one round with force.
-
Step 6: Adjust the handle counterclockwise (fine grinding) until you hear a slight friction sound between the two grinding wheels, indicating that the two grinding wheels have come into contact. Then start feeding.
-
Step 7: After grinding for 2 minutes, observe if the oil sauce is too hot. If there is smoke coming out of the sauce outlet, slight adjust the handle clockwise. After finishing grinding, adjust the handle clockwise and turn off the power supply after running the machine for about 3 minutes. Do not open the machine cover until it stops stably. After the machine stops stably, open the upper cover to clean the sesame paste inside the shell and grinding wheel teeth. (Do not rinse with water. If you rinse with water, you must wait for the grinding wheel to completely dry before use, or use a hair dryer to blow dry).
Warning: Adjusting the grinding wheel too tightly or dry grinding without adding materials can easily cause the grinding wheel to grind black.
Maintenance
- Static grinding wheel replacement: Remove the machine cover, loosen the fastening screws on the circumference of the grinding wheel seat, and then loosen the three nuts on the grinding wheel seat. Remove the sunk head screws to replace them. During installation, place the three butterfly spring pads at the three holes, place the stationary grinding wheel, and install the three countersunk screws. Tighten the nut slightly, not too much. Color the contact surface of the moving grinding wheel with chalk and cover the machine cover. From the discharge port (remove the discharge nozzle), rotate the moving grinding wheel by hand, adjust the adjustment handle, and hear friction sound. After a few turns of friction, open the machine cover to observe whether the friction surface of the stationary grinding wheel has reached 100%. If it cannot reach 100%, adjust the three screws according to the loosening method until full contact is reached, and then tighten the screws on the circumference of the grinding wheel seat.
- Moving grinding wheel replacement: Loosen the screws on the circumference of the moving grinding wheel seat, unscrew the half head screws, remove the feeder, loosen the fastening bolts, and remove the moving grinding wheel for replacement. During installation, the positioning screw must be accurately inserted into the small circular hole on the back of the grinding wheel. Tighten the bolts only, and then tighten the fastening screws on the circumference of the grinding wheel seat to secure the fan blades to prevent the grinding wheel from being out of parallel or damaged.
- Grinding wheel leveling:
- Step 1: Apply colored chalk to the edge of the stationary grinding wheel, and install the hydraulic cover, Adjusting the hand wheel (When the handle comes into slight contact with the moving and stationary grinding wheels, remove the sauce nozzle, extend your hand into the machine casing, move the grinding wheel with your fingers, rotate 2-3 circles, and remove the machine cover. Check that the coloring area on the edge of the moving grinding wheel is high, and use a waste grinding wheel to evenly remove the coloring area. This process is repeated until all the edges of the moving grinding wheel are colored, indicating that the moving grinding wheel is flat.
- Step 2: Based on the moving grinding wheel, replace the chalk color, coat the edge of the moving grinding wheel, and use the first step to Method: Check the coloring of the static grinding wheel. The coloring area is high, and it is evenly ground off with a waste grinding wheel. This process is repeated repeatedly. After coloring the periphery of the stationary grinding wheel, the stationary grinding wheel is parallel.
- Maintenance: After one year of use or long-term use, there is no need to perform maintenance on the entire machine and motor. When restarting, use a wire brush to brush off the dry sesame paste on the moving and stationary grinding wheels.
