BUTTON INSTRUCTION

Mobile phone use steps

1. Charge
   Charge the device.
   It is recommended to fully charge the camera for the first time.

2. Power on
   Open the back cover of the clock and turn on the camera.

3. Download the App
   Scan QR code below or search “iWFCam” App in Apple Store (1OS)/Google Play Store (Android), then download the app;

Add devices and configure WiFi in the app

1. Open the app, click the “+” in the upper right corner(Figure 1);

2. Choose “Setup Device WIFI connection “(Figure 2);
3. Choose AP connection(Figure 3;
4. Select the WiFi of the camera and connect it (Figure 4). If the mobile phone prompts that the WiFi has no network, whether to switch the network, please select No (Figure 5);

5. 6Return to the APP, the page will jump to the WiFi connection interface, select your home network (Figure 6) and connect (Figure 7).

Tips:

1. If the WiFi configuration fails, please check if the phone is disconnected from the camera’s WiFi.
2. If the camera’s WiFi does not appear, please reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button for 5 seconds.
3. When the camera is successfully connected to WiFi, the camera will turn off its own “WiFi”. If you need other mobile phones to access, Just let the other phone choose to add an online device and enter the camera’s UID and password.

Change camera password

Click on the app (Figure 8) and Change the camera password.

For protecting your privacy, please change the camera password in time!

Computer use steps

1. Download the computer installation package.

SD card recording

if use the camera in a place where there is no internet, you can insert an SD card to record video(Press the card firmly until it is fixed), the camera will automatically loop record video when it turn on,the latest footage will overwrite the oldest footage when the SD card is full. For your convenience, please set the time synchronization function on the phone APP when you start recording. When inserting the SD card, please turn off the power, SD card: max 128GB, format: FAT32; suggest no less than Class 10.

Tips:
If the SD card cannot record, please check whether your SD card can be used normally on other devices.Please reset the camera and insert the SD card when shutting down, and reconfigure the camera. Please buy quality SD card to prevent SD card not compatible with our device.

FAQS

• Q: What if I forget the camera password?
  A: If you forget the password, you can use the pin to reset the camera (Under “power on” status, use the pin to press the “reset hole” and release), the camera will restore the default password “8888”.

• Q: How long can the camera’s battery last?
  A: The battery can be used for about 7-10 hours after fully charged. Camera can work while charging so you can stay connected to power.

• Q: Why can’t I find the camera’s WiFi?

1. Low battery will cause camera WiFi to disappear;
2. WiFi disappears when the camera is successfully connected to the network.  

If the camera is fully charged but cannot find the camera WiFi,pls long press to reset the camera.

• Q: My camera is disconnected.

1. Pls check if the camera is low battery;
2. Pls Check if the camera is far away from the router;
3. Pls Check if you have changed your home network password, or the home network is not accessible.

• Q: Why is the video on the computer only 720P?
  A: In order to play the video more smoothly, our computer only supports the transmission of 720P video at present, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

• Q: I have followed the steps in the manual and still cannot use the camera. What should I do?
  A: Reset the camera and try again.If it still does not work, please contact GowizDream’s customer service team to replace a new unit.
