FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: How do I know if I have installed the handles correctly?
- A: Ensure the spindle is oriented with the flat edge upwards and the grooved edge downwards. The circular rose should be positioned with the flat face against the latch. Grub screws must be tightened facing downwards towards the floor.
- Q: Why are the handles slightly loose even after tightening?
- A: The handles may remain slightly loose due to the clearance between the door and the handle. Tighten the grub screws as much as possible while ensuring proper functionality.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
SPINDLE:
- There are two sides to the spindle. A flat edge and a grooved edge. The flat edge must be facing upwards as shown in the image with the grooved edge facing downwards.
CIRCULAR ROSE:
- The flat face of this must go back against the latch so, the handle can fix in and go against the round plastic part within the rose.
GRUGRUB SCREWS:
- The grub screws will be facing down towards the floor. The handles must be tightened using the allen key provided.
- You must tighten as much as you can to have the handles as steady as they can be but they will always be slightly loose due to the clearance between the door and handle.
