Installation Steps
- Download and install the Thriveeon app. Complete the registration and login.
- Power on the Smart Garage Door Opener Remote and wait roughly 5 seconds until the LED status light alternates between blue and green.
- With the Thriveeon app, pair the device to your home WiFi.
- Position the sensor’s cable to check if it’s working properly.
- Deploy the garage door remote controller device. Install it on top of your existing garage door controller using double-sided tapeor screws.
- Simultaneously turn on your existing garage door controller and the smart garage door remote controller for automatic reconnection to the cloud service.
LED and Button Instructions
- LED status light:
1. Alternating blue and green: no configuration or failed WiFi connection.
2. Steady blue light: inability to connect to the server.
3. Steady green light: everything is normal (can be turned off).
- RESET button: Hold for 5 seconds to restore factory settings.
APP Usage Instructions
- Select the app icon to launch app and enable location permission.
- Registration and Login:
- Register for an account using phone number or email. Enter code, verify password, and click register.
- Log in with phone number/email and password.
- Pairing your device:
- Click add button in the app, select search to pair, follow instructions, and hold button for 5 seconds to pair.
- Discover devices, select device, provide home WIFI details, set configuration, and pair your account.
- Device Control: Switch Control to open or close your garage door.

Introduction
The Garage Door Opener Remote is a smart home device that can open and close your garage door remotely. It also supports timed opening and closing. Users can control the device through an app on any mobile device, allowing them to open or close their home garage door from anywhere. In addition, the Garage Door Opener Remote can be linked to other smart home devices to create a smarter home environment.

Installation Steps
- Download and install the Thriveeon app. Complete the registration and login.
- Power on the Smart Garage Door Opener Remote and wait roughly 5 seconds until the LED status light alternates between blue and green.
- With the Thriveeon app, pair the device to your home WiFi.
- Position the sensor’s cable to check if it’s working properly, imposing scenarios of opening and closing the door.
- If the sensor does not function, please contact suppport@thriveeon.com for assistance.
- Locate the correct position to install the sensor on the garage door. When the garage door is closed, ensure that the distance between the two sensors is less than an inch, and that a proper distance is maintained when the door is open.
- Double-sided adhesive tape or screws could be used to secure the sensor.
- Turn off your existing garage door controller. Connect the other end of the signal control line to the two terminals of the button on the wall. The order of the wires here does not matter.
- Deploy the garage door remote controller device. We recommend installing the device on top of your existing garage door controller. If necessary, use the provided double-sided tape or screws for fixation.
- Simultaneously turn on your existing garage door controller and the smart garage door remote controller. The smart garage door remote controller will automatically reconnect to the Thriveeon cloud service. Congratulations!You have completed all installation steps.

Registration and Login

Register for an account using your phone number or email. Inputs will be sent to your phone or email. Enter the code, verify your password and click register to finish registration.

Enter your phone number or email and your password to log in. Once logged in, you can start your smart journey.

Pairing your device

Click on the add button in the top right corner of the app and select search to pair. Follow instructions and hold the button for 5 seconds to pair your device.

Click next, discover devices, and select the device you want to connect. The app will redirect to the pairing interface.

Before pairing your device, ensure you have 2.4g home WIFI, anything other than that will fail. When all is confirmed, providing your home WIFI SSID, password, and your preferred custom name for your device. Click on set configuration button, device will then complete configuration and pair your account.

Device Control

Switch Control, click on the home on/off button or go directly to the control interface to open or close your garage door.

Timed Tasks: Set up timed tasks, and the device will automatically open or close when the set time arrives. In the settings interface, select “Timed Tasks.” Click the “Add” button in the upper right corner to set the time and open/closed state, and then add the garage door timed task.

Device Parameter, you can see some basic information and the status of your device in the settings interface.

Share Device
Click on share device to generate a unique share code for your device and invite your friends or family members to download the app. Click at home-page to scan and add the recognition of your device share code, device will be shared to your friend’s account. -
Device Firmware Update, click on update firmware button to view current firmware version and whether there’s a new version available. If there is, click on the firmware, update button and the device will automatically complete the firmware update operation.

Device Message, when your garage door is opened or closed, or when scheduled tasks are executed, messages will be pushed to your phone and displayed on the device message page. You can check the status of your garage door at any time, anywhere.

User Interface. You can see user information, change the password, see current version information, change the language inside the app, and log out from the current app in the user interface.
