How to Set Up a New Account
Ordered from Honeyguide before and want to re-download anything you’ve ordered? Follow these steps.

Find the email address that you placed the original order with.

It’s really important that you use the same email address that you placed any original orders with. You might have multiple email addresses that you use (e.g. a school email and a personal email) so if you’re unsure, search your inboxes for ‘Honeyguide School Leader Support’. If you’ve ordered with us, you should find an email titled “Links to download your Digital Products (#XXXXX)’ where ‘XXXXX’ is your five-digit order number.

Use the email address to create a new account.

Use the email address you placed your original order with and create an account like in the image below.

Check your email to activate your account.

A notice will pop up to say you need to activate your account and an email will be sent to you. It will look like this snippet below:

When you click the activation button, you’ll be taken straight to your previous orders.

View all of your previous orders.

You’ll be able to see any previous orders you’ve placed like in the snippet below.

Click the order number to re-download your products.

Use the purple “Download your files” button to re-download anything you’ve previously ordered from us.
