Thank you for choosing a SMART GREEN HOUSE HEATER. This owner’s manual will provide you with valuable information necessary for the proper care and maintenance of your new product. Please take a few moments to thoroughly read the instructions and familiarize yourself with all the operational aspects of your new heater.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

When using this electric unit, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

  1. Read ALL instructions before using this unit.
  2. CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater yourself.
  3. This heater may get hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater.
  4. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at least 3 ft from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. DO NOT place any towels or other objects on the heater.
  5. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or the disabled, or when the heater is left operating and unattended.
  6. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
  7. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. NEVER locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT immerse in water or other liquids.
  8. DO NOT touch the control panel or plug with a wet hand.
  9. DO NOT run cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
  10. DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  11. To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intakes or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  12. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use in areas where gasoline, paint, explosive and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.
  13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap( outlet/power strip).
  14. To avoid fire or shock hazard, plug the unit directly into a 100-120VAC electrical outlet.
  15. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
  16. Always unplug the unit before moving or cleaning, or whenever the heater is not in use.
  17. Use only for intended household use as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by unau­thorized dealers may cause hazards.
  18. Always use on a dry, level surface. Use on floor only.
  19. DO NOT use outdoors.
  20. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void your warranty. The inside of the unit contains no user serviceable parts. Qualified personnel should perform all servicing only.
  21. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
  22. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  23. Heater is not located immediately below a socket-outlet.
  24. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  25. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experi­ence and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concern­ing use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  26. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
  27. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concern­ing use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
  28. CAUTION -Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

Note : When the product is in fan mode, it is invalid to press the button of main machine for a short time to increase or lower the temperature. It is necessary to activate heating mode to activate the function of increasing/lowering temperature.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Mode switching (heating mode & fan mode)

  1. Heating function :
    The product has settable heating temperature range of 5-45 “C. Once you select the desired temperature, the heater will remain turned on until the greenhouse temperature rises to the temperature you set, and then the heater will stop working. If the indoor temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater starts working to maintain the required indoor temperature.

  2. Fan mode:
    When you select the fan mode, the heating function of the product is turned off, and the fan operates continuously to circulate air in the greenhouse.

Tip-Over Safety Feature
This heater has a tip-over safety feature. Once the heater tips over, the inter­nal switch will automatically turn off the heater. When the heater is restored to its upright position, it regains the standby mode. To continue running, please turn on the heater by using the APP remote operation or the switch on the control panel of the heater.

Overheat Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with a overheat safety feature. When the heaters internal components reach a certain temperature that could cause overheat and possible fire, the heater will automatically shut off.
WARNING : It is normal for the power cord to feel warm to the touch; howev­er, a loose fit between the outlet and the plug may cause overheating of the plug. If this occurs, try inserting the plug into a different outlet. Contact a qualified electrician to inspect the original outlet for damage.

Swinging mode
The heater is equipped with a swinging function. When the swinging function is activated for the product, the product can swing from one side to the other, accelerating heating speed and allowing the indoor heating temperature evener.

Smart Wifi Function
The product supports intelligent WiFi function. When connected to the mobile phone, the equipment can be viewed or controlled remotely through the mobile phone.

OPERATION GUIDE

Place the greenhouse heater on a solid and level ground, then plug the equipment into a 100-120V power supply. After the power is connected, the buzzer will beep and enter standby mode.

Power button:

  1. In standby mode, press the power button (quick response) to enter the working state, the digital screen shows the ambient temperature.
  2. In the working state, press the power button  (response after release) and then enter the shutdown state.

Temperature adjustment key “+” “-“

Press”+” or “-” in normal operation, the set temperature will be displayed and flashing, and the temperature unit symbol ‘F or ‘C will light up, and enter the temperature setting mode. At this time, the temperature setting can be adjusted by pressing the key “+” or “-“, The temperature is set cyclically within the range of 5 ‘C -45 ‘C, and after three seconds of no operation, confirm and exit the temperature adjust­ment mode to display the ambient temperature. When the set temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, the prod­uct starts to heat and the heating symbol & lights up. When the temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, the product stops heating, and the heating symbol & goes out. Set temperature with power-down memory function.

Operation Guide

MAINTENANCE

  1. Turn off the power switch
  2. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
  3. To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth. CAUTION : DO NOT let liquid enter the heater.
  4. DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater. This may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
  5. DO NOT imm erse the heater in water.
  6. Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

If the heater will not operate, please check the following before seeking repair advice:

  1. Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not, plug in.
  2. Check if electricity to the main power switch is working.
    NOTE : For the heater to function properly, the desired temperature on the heater must be set a few degrees higher than the temperature in the room. If the seems to not be heating, increase the desired temperature on the heater to engage the heat elements.

STORAGE
Store the heater in a cool, dry location when not in use. To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging to repack the unit.

Please download ” smart life” from App Store. You can also scan the QR to download the APP.

ADD THE DEVICE
Please follow the APP prompts to connect the Smart green house heater. If it fails, please long press the button for 5S until the “Wi-Fi” flashes and try to reconnect again.
