Product Usage Instructions

Installing the RHOP Patch or Bucking

1. Install the RHOP patch or bucking into the inner barrel.
2. Apply silicone grease around the bucking for easy insertion
3. Insert the barrel setup into the hop-up chamber.
4. Install the Maxx C-clip to center the inner barrel.

Installing the TDC System

1. Install the TDC Bracket onto the hop-up chamber.
2. Prepare and place the M-nub into the hop-up window inside the chamber.
3. Apply silicone grease on all surfaces that will come in contact with each other or the TDC operation.
4. Install the TDC Trolley into the Bracket.
5. Install the Adjustment arm from the back of the hop-up unit.
6. Secure the TDC system with the bolt and screw without over-tightening.
7. Reinstall the stock adjustment wheel to control the hop-up arm.

Modifying the Outer Barrel

1. Remove the outer barrel from the handguard.
2. Cut and modify the back part of the outer barrel as per instructions.
3. Sand down any sharp parts or burs left after cutting.
4. Test fit the TDC converter into the outer barrel and reassemble it to the handguard once satisfied.

Finalizing Installation

1. Superglue or Loctite the bracket onto the chamber for stability.
2. Use a zip tie to hold it down during the drying process.

INSTALLATION STEPS

Step by Step Installation – Please Follow Each Step Precisely

• D1. Install the RHOP patch into the Inner barrel. Some reputable brands includes Psionic, Elvish and Silent Sniper that are good for performance and offers many sizes for different barrel brands and models. Alternatively, at this stage you can install a RHOP bucking. Brands like Tru-hop and Maple Leaf Macaron are recommended.

• D2. Insert the bucking – ensure this is a mound less bucking. Brands like Prometheus and Modify offers such buckings.

• D3. Insert the barrel set up in the hop-up chamber. Apply some silicone grease on around the bucking so it can slide in easily.

• D4. Install the Maxx C-clip. This will keep your inner barrel centered.

• D5. Install the TDC Bracket onto the hop up chamber

• D6. Remove 3M sticker on the top of the Mnub. Next apply silicone grease all around the Mnubs and bottom.

• D7. Place the M-nub into the hop-up window inside the chamber and ensure that its centered and directly above where the RHOP patch is.

• D8. Apply silicone grease on all the surfaces that will come in contact with each other or the TDC operation. All vertical surfaces should be applied.

• D9. Install the TDC Trolley into the Bracket.

• D10. From the back of the hop up unit install the Adjustment arm.

• D11. Insert the bolt and screw to lock the TDC system. Make sure its firm, but do not over do the tightness.

• D12. Install the stock adjustment wheel back to the hop up unit. It will control the newly installed hop up arm now.

• D13. Take a look inside the inner barrel when the hop is at neutal zero. There should not be a mound protruding from the top.

• D14. Twist the dial to apply some hop.

• D15. You should be able to see the RHOP patch protruding from the top. That is the indicate the RHOP system is working correctly.

• D16. The outer barrel needs to be modified in order for the
  TDC Converter kit to fit. You will need to remove the outer barrel form the handguard. Depending on which model it is usually straight forward to take out. Some screws on the
  handguard and a grub screw inside.

• D17. locate the back part of the outer barrel. The top part
  is what needs to be modified. See diagram you can see the line we draw at the end of the “U” section. You will need a hacksaw to cut this part off clean. Use a pen or pencil to draw the line on the outer barrel as your guide

• D18. Take a hacksaw or cutting tool and cut both ends of that top part of the outer barrel.

• D19. Ensure you cut on a straight line as much as possible.

• D20. Once the both parts are off. Sand down the sharp parts and burs that remain on theA metal and smoothen it down.

• D21. Take your TDC converter and insert into the outer barrel for testing. If all is well, re-assemble the outer barrel to the handguard.

• D22. Once you happy with the setup we do recommend that you superglue/ Loctite the bracket onto the chamber. Only a little is required on the foot of the bracket against the chamber for both sides. You can use the zip tie to hold it down. The drying process may take a few hours depending on the glue used. Zip tie is firm and glue it on. See the Red dotted line in the diagram.
