**
Main Power Source
The battery pack (located on the rear of the comfort strap) is MORF R700’s main power source. The rear battery pack is not required during use as a flashlight with magnetic base.
To charge the MORF R700 main power source:
- Locate the rear battery pack
- Open the battery pack by pulling up on the center tab to release the cover (Image 1)
- The battery pack came with a factory built-in rechargeable battery
- Connect the USB-C terminal to the USB-C port and the USB terminal to a standard USB power source to recharge the headlamp
- The charge indicator light turns red while battery recharges.
- The charge indicator light will turn green for 60 seconds when the battery is fully recharged (Image 2)
- To ensure the battery is fully charged, charge your headlamp using a 5V/2A USB charging adapter and the included charging cable (Image 3)
- The charge time is up to 4 hours and 30 minutes
- The battery case is properly closed when you hear it click into place

Life & Safety
- A lithium polymer rechargeable battery has been factory installed in your MORF R700 head
- The rechargeable battery can be re-charged up to 500 times before a noticeable decrease in battery capacity
- Only the headlamp mount should be used to re-charge the head
- Police Security Flashlights is not responsible for any damage caused by using any other methods of charging
- Do not charge in the vicinity inity of flammable liquids or materials
- Always connect to power in a dry and suitable location
Flashlight with Magnetic Base (Head) Lithium Polymer Battery Charging
Instructions
- Prior to first use, fully charge the flashlight (head) lithium polymer battery simply by connecting the flashlight (head) to the headlamp base
- The magnets will work to guide the head into the headlamp housing
- Never force the head back into the headlamp housing
- You will hear the head click back into place when properly aligned and secured
- The built-in rechargeable battery in the rear battery pack will re-charge the head up to three
- full charge cycles Full charge cycle takes up to one hour to complete •
- MORF R700 is still operable as a headlamp while head recharges

Headlamp Light Activation (Image 4):
- Press the button on the head or the headlamp base to activate the light
- There are two modes: High and Low
- To cycle through the modes, press the power button on the head or the headlamp base
Headlamp Pivoting Features (Image 5):
- The headlamp is equipped with a pivoting base
- To use pivot feature, grasp the attached headlamp base at the top and bottom between your thumb and index finger
- Lightly pull downward or push upward to adjust the angle of the beam
Comfort Strap (Image 6):
- Always make sure the MORF R700 is properly secured to your head while in use as a headlamp
- To adjust the MORF R700 to fit your head, slide the buckles on the side head strap and/or the top strap
- Reposition as necessary during use to ensure a secure fit
- It is normal for the comfort strap to need adjustments during and between uses

Flashlight with Magnetic Base Activation:
- The flashlight with magnetic base is powered by a factory installed lithium polymer battery
- The lithium polymer battery is permanent and should not be removed for any reason
- Press the power button on the flashlight with magnetic base to activate the light
- Attach flashlight to any sturdy metal surface for use as a magnet light
- There are two modes: High and Low
- To cycle through the modes, press the power button on the flashlight with magnetic base
- A full charge cycle takes up to 1 hour to complete
Head Battery Power Indicator (Image 7):
- Red: The lithium polymer battery is recharging
- Green: Displays for 60 seconds when the lithium polymer battery is fully charged
- No Color: The lithium polymer battery is off or currently in use

Headlamp Activation (Image 8):
- The button on the headlamp base controls power to the secondary headlamp (Image 4)
- Removing the head from the base activates a sensor to illuminate the headlamp base
- To remove the head from the base, place one hand on the mount to reinforce secure fit
- At the same time, use your other hand grasp the attached head at the top and bottom between your thumb and index finger
- Gently pull the head away from the mount
- The LEDs in the headlamp base will automatically illuminate upon flashlight with magnetic base removal from the mount
- The LEDs in the headlamp base will automatically turn off when the head is connected to the headlamp base
- There are two modes: High and Low
Pull Head to remove and activate Headlamp
SAFETY WARNINGS
General :
- Not recommended for use under 12 years of age
- Responsible adult must supervise use by children
- Never look into or point beam directly into eyes
- Police Security Flashlights is not responsible for any eye damage, including indirect or accidental occurrences
Comfort Strap:
- Do not place the comfort strap around any body parts it is not designed for
- This includes the neck, arms, and legs
- Only wear secured to your head
Hard Hat Clips:

- Choking hazard, please keep away from children and pets
MAINTENANCE
- There are no user-replaceable or serviceable parts for this product other than the comfort strap
- Charge regularly for best battery life
- Wipe the external body with a damp cloth if needed
- Never submerge any component in water
- If exposed to moisture, allow to fully dry before powering on

Police Security Flashlights stands behind its products with a limited lifetime
manufacturer’s warranty. Any item that does not perform properly due to a
manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement. Warranty does
not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from neglect or misuse.
Batteries are not covered by warranty. Warranty is negated if MORF R700
exterior casing is opened.
REPAIRS / SPARE PARTS
If your Police Security headlamp has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our
warranty, we will either repair or replace it without charge. If repair cost
and handling charges apply, you will be notified prior to any service.
