Note
Avoid camera from direct sunshine. At darkness, if camera is intensely
illuminated by street light or light -emitting object, installing lamp near to
doorbell is needed to enhance camera imaging.
Doorbell Camera Installation
Indoor display ON/Off operation
- Turn on: For first time use, use USB charger to power supply the display, it will be turned on automatically. (Or in power supply status Press and hold the on/off button for around 10 seconds till the screen is on.)
- Turn off : Press and hold the on/off button for around 10 seconds till the screen shut off.
Operation Instruction
Pair indoor display with outdoor camera
Caution: The indoor display and outdoor camera is paired in factory, no need
to pair again. If the unit can not monitor or call or no signal please contact
your after sales service to confirm before following the below operation.
- Press t on display go to main menu, use arrow button to select “About” then press to confirm. Select “Reset Setting” and confirm, then use arrow button and c to input the default password 1234 to reset the display to factory setting.
- After reset the indoor display, go to main menu and select “Pair” and press enter to ” Pair” menu
- Use the arrow button and button to input the default password 1234 on indoor display it sounds “di di di ” and go to pairing mode, screen showing “pairing”
- Then use pin to fast press the pair hole button three times on outdoor camera, the green light bright, and it sounds “di di di go to pairing mode
- Both indoor display and outdoor camera sound “duan” to prompt pair successfully, display showing “pair success”
- If pairing failed, will sound “dada”, display showing “pairing failed”, have to do the above operations again.
Main Menu Diagram Motion Detection Setting
When visitor press the calll button on outdoor camera, the
indoordisplay will show the outdoor video. If press the button on the indoor
monitor, the screen will show a microphone symbol, it means the call is
answered and you can talk to the visitor. In standby status, if you want to
talk to the outdoor, you can go to the monitor state and then press the
button, then you can talk to the outdoor Events Review

Intercom between
Indoor display and Outdoor Camera
When visitor press the
calll button on outdoor camera, the indoordisplay will show the outdoor video.
If press the button on the indoor monitor, the screen will show a microphone
symbol, it means the call is answered and you can talk to the visitor. In
standby status, if you want to talk to the outdoor, you can go to the monitor
state and then press the button, then you can talk to the outdoor
When you are at home, just press the button on the display then
can monitor the outside in real time.
Function Instruction
Visitor calling:
If visitor press the call button on outdoor camera, the indoor monitor will
sound, and screen will show the video of the visitor. The visitor image will
be stored in the TF card. If indoor monitor not answer the call, the calling
will be stopped after 30 seconds. And screen will show the miss call symbol.
If you want to talk to the visitor after you see the video, you just need to
press theE button on the display then can talk to the visitor. Press the
button can end the call and return to the main menu. Intercom will auto stop
after 90 seconds after answering the call, and the door phone will go to
standby status. If you press the unlock button in monitor mode, the screen
will prompt a unlock symbol and will open lock for the visitor(the unlock
function have to use unlock module).
Real-time monitor
When you want to monitor the outdoor, you just need to press the button on the display then can go to monitor interface, and outdoor video will show on the display.
Storage function
Insert the TF card on the indoor monitor (maximum support 128G), all the calling, motion detection, message, monitor video will stored in the TF card, and you can go to the events menu to view the events.
Ring tone volume:
Go to the ring tone setting interface, can turn on/ off the monition detection prompt tone, and select the calling ring tone.
Other operations :
Screen brightness can be directly adjusted by pressing up/down arrow button on the display.Press the E9 no the display to directly enter the event playback interface; on the monitoring interface, press the up/down arrow button to set the volume and brightness. There are language Settings, IE card capacity, system upgrade and more functions waiting for you to experience.
Lock Wiring Diagram
Caution:
The unlock module already paired with the device in factory, no need to pair
again.
If prompt not paired please confirm with your after sales service and refer
the below operation.
- Please wire the lock with the Unlock module as per the diagram, then connect to electricity power supply.
- Long press the pair button on unlock module for around 5 seconds till the red light tinkle
- Indoor display in monitoring status, press the unlock button to open lock, the lock is unlocked and the unlock module will sound “di” , prompt pairing successfully.
After pairing successfully, you can set the unlock time, default unlock time is 1 second. Press one time the button on the unlock module,, red indicator light slowly twinkle three times, set unlock time 3 seconds. Press one time again the button on the unlock module, indicator light slowly twinkle five times, set unlock time 5 seconds. Press the button one time again, indicator light slowly twinkle eight times, set unlock time 8 seconds.
AC/DC wiring instruction
- Put the wiring board into the corresponding AC/DC hole on the back of the video doorbell, and then fix the screws.
- Use the matching push-type quick-connect terminal, keep one end pressed down, insert the wires of the terminal block individually and release.
- The other end also remains pressed down to connect to the external power supply, regardless of positive and negative pole, just connect to the terminal then release.
Please note that the external power supply AC: 8-24V, DC: 8-36V.
- Connect the holes to the terminal board and fix the screws
- Press and hold one end of the terminal block and connect the Wires to the ports
- Press and hold the other end of the terminal, regardless of positive and negative. connect the cable of the external power supply port
Precautions
- Leave the product away from strong magnetic field.
- Do not spray water or other liquid on the product.
- Do not heavily hit the display and doorbell camera.
- Leave it away from direct sun exposure and strong reflected light.
- Do not install the product near to place with ammonia or toxic gas.
- No disassembling this product because high voltage current exits inside it
- Do not wipe it with detergent or other chemical solvent.
- Do no disassemble the device in case of failure. Please repair it at your local maintenance locations or direct contact our after sale service.
Trouble shooting
- No response or no ringtone after calling
- Check whether the indoor display and outdoor camera is paired or not.
- Check whether the ring tone is turned off in the ring tone setting.
- Check signal strength on display to see if the signal is interfered.
- No sound during intercom
- Check whether the MIC on display is blocked.
- Check whether the MIC of the outdoor camera is blocked.
- Check whether the volume is turned on in the volume setting.
