Thank you for choosing our products! Before installing and using the product,please read carefully the following recommendations of safety in order to avoid accidents to the users and damages of welding process.

Product introduction

The design and application of this equipment is to repair the car parts.The implementation of the following operations:
With the inertia hammer to pull the way to repair the car body depression.
Wiring of round washers, triangular pieces, wavy lines, etc.
Solder the missing parts of the body with spot welding.
Use carbon rods to soften the steel plate, restore the original stress of the body
Note: In order to ensure the best performance of the product, it is recommended to use the original set of grounding head and torch.

Safety regulations and general precautions

– The customer arbitrarily changes the security element or prevents it from running.
– Non respect of the recommendations written in the manual instruction.
– Modify product performance.
-Use non-original accessories or accessories that are not suitable.
-Do not comply with the special regulations and settings in the country where the machine is installed.

GENERALITIES

  1. Before disassembling the product’s body , plug out the lead cable
  2. The operators must have the appropriate qualification.
  3. The operations of servicing can only be controlled by qualified technicians.
  4. The operator is responsible for respect of the car manufacturers recommendations,concerning the protection of electrical and electronic procedures(car computer,car radio,alarm,air bag,etc…)
  5. Electrodes, welding arms and other secondary conductors can reach a high temperature and maintain long-term high temperatures after having stopped the machine.Be careful:paying attention to the risk of burns.
  6. It is necessary to make a regular preventive maintenance.

ELECTRICITY&SAFETY

  1. Ensure that the product is connected to the ground wire and the grounded power cord is in good condition.
  2. Ensure that the workbench is connected to the grounding device.
  3. Make sure that the operator has no contact with the metal parts to be welded without any protection.
  4. Do not work in a very wet place or on a wet floor.
  5. Avoid to be in contact with the welding part.
  6. Don’t weld with worn out cables.Check that there is no default with the isolation with stripped cables or with loose connections.
  7. The connection is released, the water cooling system leakage and other unsafe factors.
  8. Turn off the machine and disconnect the power plug directly before performing all inspections and maintenance.
  9. Switch off the unit before replacing the metal parts
  10. Please protect your eyes and wear protection clothes when operate the machine.Please don’t wear the ring, watch etc.

(Confirm product voltage first)
Voltage: 380V access
Dual-phase power supply 380V 50/60Hz
Three-phase plug in the use of phase 1, phase 2, earth (yellow-green line).

Voltage:220V /110V access

Dual-phase power supply 220V 50Hz / 110V 60Hz
Three-phase plug in the use of phase 1, neutral,earth(yellow-green line).

Product control panel description

Manual spot welding mode

  1. Connect the product to the appropriate power supply.
    The power indicator is on

  2. Turn on the switching potentiometer.
    Adjust the corresponding working spot welding current

  3. This machine has automatic overheat protection system, If the machine is overused,
    The system may stop working for a few minutes.
    In this case, the pilot light is always on

After the transformer is cooled, the temperature protection switch will be automatically connected and the equipment will be used again.
