• 20 minutes of usage each time is recommended.

• Never fall asleep while using this product.
• Do not use this product if you are drunk or feel unwell.

Operating Environment

• Do not use this product in a moist environment such as the bathroom.
• Stop using this product immediately when the ambient temperature changes sharply.
• Do not use this product in any heavily-dusty or acidic environment.
• Do not use this product in a small space without good ventilation.
• The average room temperature ranges from 0 °C to 35 °C.
• Do not use this product in an excessively humid room such as a bathroom. Use it at a relative humidity between 20% and 80%.
• Do not use this product outdoors.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• Keep this product away from any heat source such as a stove and air outlet of an air conditioner.
• Do not use this product during thunder or lightning weather.
• Do not use this product in dusty places.

The following populations should not use this product

• Patients with osteoporosis.
• Patients with heart disease or wearing electronic medical devices such as a pacemaker.
• People who have a fever.
• Pregnant women or women on their menstrual period.
• Patients who are injured or have a skin disease.
• When unsupervised, any children are under the age of 14, and those unconscious are not allowed to use this product.
• People who their physicians tell to have rest or who feel unwell.
• People whose bodies are wet are forbidden to use this product.
• This product has a hot surface. Persons insensitive to heat must pay attention when using this product.

Safety Precautions

• Check whether the voltage is consistent with the specification of this product.
• Never insert or pull out the plug with a wet hand.
• Do not let water flow into this product to avoid electric shock or cause damage to this product.
• Do not pull the power cord when plugging or unplugging it. Rough handling is forbidden.
• Do not damage the wire or modify the circuit of this product.

Product Service and Maintenance

• This product should be maintained by the service center designated by the manufacturer only. No user should disassemble or maintain it without permission.
• Do not forget to turn off the main power switch after usage.
• Do not use this product if the power socket becomes loose.
• If this product will be left unused for an extended period, it is necessary to roll up the power cord of this product and store it in a dry and dust-free environment.
• Do not store this product at a high temperature or near an open flame. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunshine.
• Please clean this product with a dry cloth. Never use thinner, benzene, or alcohol.
• This product’s mechanical components are specially design and manufactured, so no special maintenance is needed.
• Do not use a sharp object to stab at this product.
• Do not roll or pull the product on uneven ground. It should lift before moving.
• Please use this product intermittently. Please do not keep it working continuously for an extended period.

Solutions to Ordinary Malfunctions

• If the motor sounds during the operation of this product, this is the standard operation sound.
• If the controller does not work normally, check whether the plug and power socket are connected reliably, and whether the power switch is turn on.
• If the rated working time exceeds, the product will automatically activate the shutdown button; if the product runs for a long time, the temperature protector will automatically stop the product, and the product can be used again after half an hour.

Storage Conditions

• Storage room temperature: -5 °C to 35 °C.
• Relative humidity (RH) between 20% and 80%; free of corrosive gases, and a well-ventilated room.

Safety Warning

Warning
When the leg rest of the massage chair is lifting, nobody should apply pressure on the leg rest to prevent the massage chair from falling forward, damaging this product, or resulting in personal injuries.

Warning
Before sitting on the massage chair, ensure that the massage chair manipulator does not stay in the seat cushion position to avoid discomfort to the buttocks during the body pressing down and any damage to the massage chair manipulator. Warning
Do not remove or pull out the remote controller cable or the power cord in the standby or power-on state to avoid any damage to this product or accidental electric shock of a body part. After using the massage chair, unplug the remote control and power cable and put it away.

Warning
After enabling the zero-gravity reclining function, check the bottom of the leg rest and backrest for children or pets staying or playing to avoid damage to the product or personal injury.

Warning
Before using the massage chair, remove any hard objects in your pocket(s) or any jewelry carried with you (e.g. key, watch, other similar portable hard objects) to avoid any damage to this product or physical injury during massage.

Do not unplug the power cord, or directly turn off the power switch on the back of the massage chair during massage, in order to avoid any damage to this product or physical injury.

Please do not fall asleep on the massage chair while using to avoid personal injury caused by unconscious use.

Warning
The massage chair should not be used by more than two people at the same time to avoid product failure or personal injury. In addition, do not let children play on the massage chair or climb onto the lower leg, seat cushion, foot, backrest or armrest. Otherwise, accidents or injuries may be caused.

Function

• This product has been designed as a group of massage mechanism that can walk up and down, drive by four-wheel and are silent in design.
• It is provided with automatic detection and positioning of shoulder
• There are three intelligent memory functions: Custom Storage Ⅰ, Custom Storage Ⅱ, and Custom Storage Ⅲ.
• It is provided with characterized automatic massage functions: 4D Massage, comfort, good-night sleep, relax, neck & shoulder, office regimen, full body, brain refresh, spine care, back & waist, health recharge, treatment, keep fit, bottom toning, stretch .

Method of Usage

Turn on the Power Supply of this Product

Massage Function Control Operation

1. Start massage (power switch)
   • After the massage chair is powered on or turned off or when it is in standby mode, it cannot enter any mode of operation.
   • Press the power switch to start massage. Enter the start-up screen. The backrest will maintain the default position, and the legrest will be slightly raised. Just wait for the automatic mode to start massage. If “AUTO” mode is not selected within 5 minutes, the massage chair will automatically shut down.

• VIP auto program: 4D Massage, comfort, good-night sleep, relax, neck & shoulder;
• Healthcare: office regimen, full body, brain refresh, spine care, back & waist;
• Special auto program: health recharge, treatment, keep fit, bottom toning, stretch;
• After selecting any automatic mode, the positions of the backrest and the legrest will be adjusted to the preset angles.
• After the angle is adjusted, the massage chair will automatically perform the body shape detection. Wait for completion of such detection. If the “ ” button is pressed, you can skip the body shape detection step and directly enter massage mode.

• After detecting the shoulder position, the buzzer will beep. If there is any difference from the actual shoulder position, adjust it to the appropriate position by pressing the “UP” or “DOWN” key. The shoulder position has 11 adjustable levels. If there is no shoulder position adjustment within 10 seconds, the massage function will start automatically. Alternatively, press “OK” directly to start massage immediately. If no shoulder position can be detected, massage will be started according to the shoulder height by default.

Pause button

• While the massage function is running, press the “Pause” button to temporarily stop all the massage functions; press the “Pause” button again to continue the massage function before pause. If the pause time exceeds 20 minutes, all the massage functions will be automatically turned off.

Massage intensity(4D key)
In the massage information interface, click the “- ” or “ +” button of the 3D icon to adjust the massage intensity for the upper back manipulator. The massage intensity is divided into 5 levels.

Note:

• Massage intensity: 4D massage intensity means that the mechanical hand stretches forward as a whole, or retracts as a whole. The massage intensity adjusts the intensity in a certain massage area. In automatic and manual state, the massage intensity can be adjusted at any time.

Automatic function

•  In the automatic mode, three different automatic massage scenes are available:
• VIP auto program (4D Massage, comfort, good-night sleep, relax, neck & shoulder);
• Healthcare (office regimen, full body, brain refresh, spine care, back & waist); Special auto program (health recharge, treatment, keep fit, bottom toning, stretch); there are totally 15 automatic massage functions. Click the automatic function icon to select automatic massage. During automatic massage, the speed and width cannot be adjusted.
• Select the “More” icon to select the corresponding automatic massage function.

  Stretch| By adjusting the lifting angle of the calf frame and the backrest frame, the legs and waist can be stretched by imitating yoga.

Manual
Click the “ Manual ” icon to enter the manual massage function selection interface. The options include: massage technique, massage intensity and width, back extension, air pressure for the upper body, air pressure for the lower body, foot rollers, voice, heat and other massage functions.

• Click the “x ” icon to close the manual massage function selection interface.

Manual – manipulation

• In this manual massage function interface, you can select the manual massage technique, back extension, speed and width functions.
• Manual (massage technique): six different massage techniques, including kneading, tapping, simultaneous kneading & tapping, shiatsu, 4D, and Knocking. In the massage state of tapping and shiatsu, the massage ball width of each manipulator is adjustable. The massage speed is adjustable in other massage modes except the stop mode. Alternatively, click the ” ” icon to close the manual massage function selection interface .

4D massage| Adjustable speed, adjustable width of 4DIII and 4DIV. The speed is adjustable.

• Manual (airbag massage): including the airbag massage functions for the upper body and the lower body. Click the corresponding air pressure function icons to enable or disable the airbag massage function. Click the “ -” or “ +” key to  adjust the air pressure intensity. Alternatively, click the  “x” icon to close the  manual massage function selection interface.

Manual – foot roller

• Press “ Foot Roller ” key to enable or disable the foot roller massage function. Click “- ” or “+ ” key to adjust the roller speed; there are three speed levels. Alternatively, click the “ x” icon to close the manual massage function selection interface.

• Click the “Heat Treatment ” button to choose to turn on or off the heating function, and the heating is graphite heating.
• Click the “x” icon to close the manual massage function selection interface.

Customize

• Click the “ customize” button icon to enter the custom storage massage function selection interface; there are a series of storage or call functions, such as Custom Storage I, Custom Storage II, and Custom Storage III.
• Click it to select the storage or call of a massage function.
• Storage: Store all the current massage techniques, air pressure, angle, and other massage functions.
• Call: Call the massage techniques, air pressure, angle, and other massage functions previously stored.
• Click the “x ” icon to close the custom storage massage interface.

Angle adjustment

• Click the “ angle ” button icon to enter the angle adjustment and selection interface; there are a series of functions, such as seat up, seat down, leg up, leg down, zero gravity, foot adjust.
• Click the “ x” icon to close the angle adjustment interface.

Settings

• Click the “ setting” button icon to enter the setting selection interface, including brightness, screen off, sound, serial number, and language selection.
• Click the “ x” icon to close the settings interface.

1. Brightness
   • Select the brightness slide bar. Slide it left and right to adjust the backlight brightness.
2. Screen off
   • Select the auto-lock button, with options such as 1min, 3min, 10min or 30min, etc.
3. Sound
   • Select the sound slider, slide left and right to adjust the sound volume.
4. Language
   • Select a language.
5. Serial number
   • Display current device serial number information.

Bluetooth

• Click the “ Bluetooth” icon to enable or disable the Bluetooth function. “Bluetooth” indicates that the Bluetooth is “OFF”;“ Bluetooth” indicates that the Bluetooth is “ON.”
• After a Bluetooth-enabled audio source device (e.g. mobile phone, MID tablet) is connected with the Bluetooth module of the massage chair, the music played by the audio source device can be wirelessly transmitted to the audio system of the massage chair via Bluetooth for music playback.

Note: When controlling the Bluetooth switch, you should return to the main information control interface. If you are in the manual, angle adjustment or custom storage control interface, you cannot control the Bluetooth function.

Time adjustment

• Click the “20 min ” iron for massage time adjustment. After it is pressed every time, the duration will increase by 5 minutes. The total duration cannot exceed 30 minutes; otherwise, such setting will return to the minimum time value.

Note: During time adjustment, you should return to the main information control interface. If you are in the manual, angle adjustment or custom storage control interface, you cannot control the time.

Introduction to Armrest Shortcut Keys

1. USB jack: Or intelligent device charging.
2. Linkage adjustment knob: Adjust the up or down of the backrest frame and the calf frame interactively.
3. Power key: Turn the massage chair on/off.
4. Auto mode key: Switch from/to the automatic massage function.
5. Pause key: Suspend all massage functions.
6. Heat key: Turn the heat function on/off.
7. Air pressure key : Turn the pneumatic massage function on / off.
8. Leg rest up and down key: Adjust the leg rest up or down.
9. Voice Control Wake-up key: Short press this key to wake up the voice control, long press for 3 seconds to turn on/off the voice control function.
10. Foot rest electric telescopic key: Extend or shorten electrically the length of the footrest.
11. Zero-gravity key: adjust massage chair to the zero gravity angle.

Voice Control Instruction

• When the massage chair is turned on or in standby mode, the sound “Hi Alice” or “Hey Alice “will be produced to enable the voice control function. Alternatively, you can press the voice control button on the right armrest to enable the voice control function.
• Long press 3 seconds to turn on or off the voice control function.
• After such function is enabled successfully, the massage chair will reply, “I am here.” Please enter your desired action within 6 seconds. After the massage chair responds, you can achieve the massage mode you want; if not, the voice control function will automatically turn off.
• Note: Please use English when the voice control function wakes up. The speech rate is moderate; Voice commands should follow up the Voice entry.

Turn off power, stop massage

• When pressing the power button during the massage, it will stop all the massage functions immediately the backrest and footrest will go back to the default position. And when the massage time up, the massage hands will go back to the default position, all the massage function will stop. The backrest and footrest will not go back to the default position.

Operation Instructions for Bluetooth Speaker Play

1. Enter the smart device manual and open the Bluetooth function to search the new Bluetooth devices.
2. Will find the Bluetooth named like (IMCM-XXXX),choose it to pair with the chair .
3. Turn on the Music Player in the smart device.

Use of the shawl

• It is provided with a unique shawl assembly, with innovative heating functions on the shoulder, back, waist and abdomen and heating with graphene. Users can place the shawl at different massage positions according to massage requirements. When the shawl assembly is placed at the shoulder position, it will heat the acupoints such as Bingfeng, Tianzong, Yunmen and Qihu around the shoulder and clavicle by graphene heating, effectively relieving symptoms such as scapulohumeral periarteritis and cough, and removing cold and moisture from shoulder joints.
• When the shawl assembly is placed on the abdomen and back (dual-purpose), through graphene heating, it plays the role of dispelling cold and relieving pain, warming channels and removing blood stasis in the back and abdomen, distributing Qi and blood of the back and abdomen meridian, alleviating the symptoms such as irregular menstruation and dysmenorrhea for women, relieving low back pain and kidney discomfort, warming intestines and stomach and clearing intestinal cold, with a good effect on some people with deficiency of qi and deficiency of spleen and stomach.

Calf Installation Instruction

• After connecting the wires and the air hose between the largest and the massage chair, remove the cable ties and insert the connecting part into the seat (Figure 1).
• Place the round tubes on the left and right sides of the largest onto the largest support (Figure 2).

• Next, flip the leg rest cover over to cover the round tubes on either side of the leg rest (Picture 3).

Secure the leg rest to the massage chair with two M4 screws (one on each side).Check for bends in pipes, cables, wires, or other abnormalities when turning up and down. If all is well, install the leg rests (Figure 4). Controller bracket installation instructions

• After the screw thread on the support knob of the controller rest assembly aligns to the screw thread position of the support mounting seat on the armrest of the massage chair, just turn clockwise and screw tightly for fixation.

Instructions for Removal and Use of Head Cushion and Backrest

The headrest reduces the intensity of the neck and shoulder kneading massage. You can decide whether to use a headrest (recommended) according to your own needs. The backrest and the cushion are connected by a zipper (1). The headrest and backrest are connected by a zipper (2). Floor Protection

The prolonged heavy pressure on the massage chair may cause scratches on the floor. Thus, put a carpet or cushion on the floor where the massage chair is placed to avoid this damage. Note: Do not move the massage chair with its wheels on the rough ground or in a narrow space. At least two persons are required to lift it. During lifting, take the legrest sealing plate and backrest cover grooves as the acting points. (Do not lift the armrest directly.)

Instruction for Movement

• Make sure all wires are pulled away from the surface of the massage chair and press down the backrest to an angle (center of gravity on the wheels); you can push the chair forward, move it to the position you want and then return to standard pitch. (Note: During movement, you must turn off the power button first and then unplug the power cord and the remote controller connection wire.)

Warning: The rear moving wheels of the massage chair are only suitable for a short distance and slow movement. Please use other auxiliary moving tools for long distance transportation to move this massage chair!
